RUDE AND UNHELPFUL
Bought eBay item, took note that PO Box not accepted as delivery address so gave
“Parcel Collect” at mail centre. (Always accepted previously by “no PO Box senders”)
Fastways returned it to sender saying no PO Boxes accepted! Sender asked me to contact Fastways to provide alternative address. Fastways didn’t answer phone for a day, whenI did eventually get to ask the woman what sort of address would be acceptable she refused to discuss it said contact the sender and hung up in my ear. RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!
Still don’t have the item and have no idea how to have it delivered!!

Simply terrible! I have no idea why sellers choose this service!
They dropped the package at the completely wrong address on the porch without explicit Authority to Leave. Every time there is an issue with them! Simply terrible! I have no idea why sellers choose this service. If I knew in advance the couriers are Fastway/Aramex I'd choose another seller with a better couriers.

Would not use as they do not deliver they just take to central point for you to pick up
I would not use them due to fact that when people send parcels though fastway they never arrive. We have called and they just say they do not have enough drivers in the area. I have order two things on eBay the last 2 months and both have been delivered to a central location as they claim they do not have the drives.
I have written to them with no response.

I must admit part of the problem was the way i booked the service but Fastway did respond and correct the problem....delivery was only late a couple of days....would use them again.....

Useless
Useless - they sub out to an equally useless courier Blu Couriers -
Blind leading the blind - they have no tracking system and obviously no GPS to find streets or suburbs - 19th Century technology.

Delivered Early, No problems at all
Was a little worried at first after reading all the reviews. However, I had no issues at all, the package arrived early. Just thought I would leave a positive review so people know that there are good experiences too.
I did not give a perfect 5 stars as there was some bugs on the website, i.e, eta arrival NaNHours: NaNMinutes. I am sure this is an easy fix for the devs.

Claimed parcel undeliverable but never came to building
Held on to parcel in depot for 12 days, without a reason and then returned to sender (who was in USA). Claimed address didn't exist, which it odes, and we receive parcels from this same sender nearly everyday, and all are delivered by FASTWAY. Customer service stopped responding after we pointed this out, and our delivery is now somewhere between Australia and USA, with Tracking no longer available.

It was too wet to get out of the van so said he couldn't find my house.
I received an email from Fastway saying my parcel would be delivered yesterday. I gave instructions as to where I would like the parcel left as my house is very close to the street and I specifically asked that it not be left at the front door. It didn't arrive on the day which was very wet and I later received an email stating the driver was unable to deliver my parcel and to quote the number on the card that was left. No card. same spot for over 100 years and in the 20 years I've lived there, I have had no other courier not able to locate my property. I was assured it couldn't possibly be because it was pouring rain and the driver didn't want to get wet. After numerous emails I was advised the parcel would be delivered today and I reiterated that I didn't want it left at the front door. I went out for an hour and when I came home I was amazed to find the driver was able to locate my house on a fine day, but yes, you've guessed it, it was placed at my front door, exactly where I had asked it not to be left. Would give negative stars if I could, will be closing my Amazon account purely because of this company
Fastway claims that my package has arrived but it most certainly has not - I've been home all day. The tracking on the package never worked until today when it was 'delivered' at 1pm - surprise surprise, no package. kages sent via Fastway to me. If you want to send a package you would have more luck hot gluing it to the back of a hot wheels car and pushing it out your front door whilst wearing a blindfold. Delivered to the wrong address
A word of warning!!! Don’t use this courier company. I’m a frontline worker and during this pandemic, I had to source some KN95 masks. It took me days to find a supplier and they cost me a pretty penny too.
The supplier used fastway to send my masks to me. I’d been waiting weeks for them to be delivered and they delivered them to the wrong address. I never got them. Stay away from them, for your own sanity. Fastway Couriers shouldn’t be in business and I’m very tempted to report them.

Fastway to loose your parcels
dont bother use these people to deliver, I was expecting a parcel last week. its says delivered but I didnt get the parcel. someone in the company admitted that driver though its not safe to leave there, so he is taken back to parcel. but its been a week I have not received the parcel. there is no phone number to cal now or customer service email do not reply either

Fastway Couriers Sydney take nearly two weeks to deliver from one suburb to another - terrible service
I ordered a small solar panel from a reseller using Ebay in Silverwater NSW, 10 minutes drive from my office in Dundas. The reseller dispatched via Fastway Couriers same day to deliver it to my office.
It took nearly two weeks and SIX emails to get it delivered. This courier company is an embarrassment to those of us in Australia who actually work and try and do a good job.

to poor service to rate
every order i have had recently that is delivered by fastway gets returned to sender with a note of all wrong address or no one home, yet all these products were meant to be left at front door, but when i have a parcel delivered by toll, auspost or fedex i get the item no problem, very poor item tracking system this company has, even the reviews of it's parent company aramex are just as sad.

It has been more than 15 business days but the parcel has yet not been delivered.
I have been told that the parcel is somewhere at the Perth depot but they are not able to locate it.
I also sent the pictures of the parcel to Perth Aramex office but haven't heard back anything.
Attached are the pictures of the missing/undelivered parcel. :'(
It is a birthday gift for a one-year-old baby girl. Sadly it hasn't arrived to her.

Didn't even try to deliver
Was home all day waiting for package, can't get out to shop, specifically ordered courier delivery. The courier didn't even attempt delivery before taking to pickup location, which is not very convenient, not very close, up a big hill and I don't have a car (why I pay for couriers to deliver things). 24 hours later, no response to email enquiry about it.

Incompetent - Completely lost package.
I made an online purchase lately, and waited a good, patient fortnight while watching the parcel tracker every few days or so. One night, upon opening up the tracker, I came to discover that this service had allegedly successfully delivered my item. I looked everywhere, and asked neighbours to no avail - which was when I came to the realisation it was lost. Immediately, I emailed both the vendor and the parcel service.

Further incensing me, I discovered they did not even verify whether or not those they had mistakenly delivered my parcel to had any relation to me, nor take a signature. Even when they took a photograph of the address of delivery, it did not even match up with the delivery label. I have never experienced such incompetence in my entire life of online shopping (and I do a lot of it). Not Fastway fault. Groupon's tracking system is misleading.
I purchased an item from Groupon with the tracking no showing it was shipped out locally. The shipment information is confusing with up to 28 days allowance for the parcel to arrive. It was actually shipped from China. Tracking no on Groupon doesn't give you the correct information which is considered misleading to the customer.
Fastway's tracking system will not update until 1-2 days prior to their delivery to you which doesn't help.
My parcel eventually arrived but Groupon should have the responsibility to provide accurate & informed information to their customer.

Appalling
Every time i order something online and the tracking says Fastway Couriers i groan. This time a driver is lying about "attempted" delivery when I like most people work at home now how can your "attempt " fail?? How do continue to let these drivers get away with it? Funny thing my employer sent a package to my address using Fastway and the guy actually delivered it no issues, guess theres a lazy delivery guy out there who just cant be bothered doing his job.

Fastway delivered a parcel apparently to my home on Saturday 7/6. They took photos of the delivery being dropped off but, its the wrong address and house.
Its now been 2 days and no response back from Fastway of where my parcel is and no one has handed the parcel in. This is taken to long for a response specially the error is from your end. Tracking no is BN5104092303 TIcket no 2370781. This is not the first time this has happen. I need to have a response now as this item is urgent. One question who is going to pay my out of pocket expense?

When I tried to call the Brisbane office I was put through to a call centre in Jordan and they have no clue what to do or say other than, "this is how it's done and we can't help you, you need to speak with the local office". The guy who owns or runs the local office is totally hostile to customers and doesn't care at all. I did finally get my item, but I would be willing to bet he wanted to 'lose' it. He told me if he spent all day taking calls from customers like me then even less would be delivered, then blamed corona virus. The cop outs they come up with are disgusting and I suggest you get in touch with the people who sent you your item so they don't use this company again and also try to recognise the property they incorrectly delivered it to, because this company just doesn't give a damn.
