Hey Guys, Please spare yourselves from using this service. Most Essentially they don't react right to your phone calls. They just say it is in Transit and they keep changing the delivery dates in the flick of a moment.

Upon calling them, they raise tickets to follow it up, which in-turn takes 24-48 hours to get an update for the ticket raised to understand the situation. It clearly doesn't make any sense why it takes more than a week to deliver within the city. Its so annoying to wait for the delivery each day.

If you are planning to use it, spare yourselves some time, cos neither the sender or the receiver would be happy using this service for sure. So save some time and research on other courier services.

We have like all Australians been a home for months, we also have had dozens of parcels delivered - and yet this parcel was 'not delivered' a form was put in letterbox - terrible service!!!!!

Absolute terrible company. My delivery status changed to "Returned to Sender" - even though they didn't even attempt to deliver it! I called 4x and every time they ensured me that my parcel got incorrectly scanned and that it still will get delivered. Four different people said so, today I called again and now they're telling me it got sent back to the sender. I've been waiting for this parcel for over 7 weeks. I'm absolutely shocked and frustrated, no idea how this company is still operating. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY if you can. Minus 10 stars.

Item was returned to the depot without the driver attempting delivery and has been sitting there for days. Call centre has no clue and can’t assist at all and have ‘escalated’ on multiple occasions. Won’t be shopping with HN online anymore if they continue to use these muppets.

2x delivered, no call, let an empty calling card, no details on where to collect it. Didn’t come on the agreed day where i made sure i was home. No answer to phone calls, messages left or email enquires or complaints.
Where can i collect my parcel .... no one answers the phone.... no distribution centre declared even though the calling card is designed to give you that info.

I agree with the other review, I was quite upset last week when I put down my phone after an unpleasant conversation with the person who works at Adelaide depot, she was rude, she didn't really care how long I have been waiting, she just asked me to wait. It was the second time I was told to wait, I don't plan to call the third time, clearly from all the reviews here, I can see there would be no result from any further phone calls. I have lost my words. How can a courier company still be running when they are actually not delivering?!!

Tracking number generated on the 27th April. Item didn't arrive until the 14th of May. Way too slow for a small package from Sydney to Brisbane. Will avoid Ebay sellers using this company in the future

Worst freight company ever, driver never rang the doorbell, got calling card,called every week for four week they gave a re-delivery every week but nothing came, they didn't even ask me to come pick it up,rang the fourth week they said they sent it back without even contacting me and that the case is close, now I've only got there con note number I'm stuck chasing the ebay seller which I have no clue who sent it.

Poor communication. Still waiting for a product that was due to arrive e days ago. Tracker does notunot update. No reply to my email enquiry. My parcel seems to be in purgatory

can't agree enough with what everyone is saying, crap service, i gave them a squirt on the phone about there service, they just returned my items to the seller..

Very rarely in today competitive world, you speak to rude people in the service industry.
But today I have!
I have been given the run around, talk down to, been refused to be connected to a Supervisor to explain my issue, all very unpleasant and quite upsetting.
I will never use this business again.
This is the first time I have ever given a poor review, I’m 69 years old.

Managed to buy something from someone who was silly enough to use this crap company to ship. I've never gotten anything shipped with these clowns without a massive struggle to actually get my package! You chase them and they don't respond as long as possible (still have not heard back from them). My latest package has been sitting with them for nearly a week without them even attempting to deliver. I am beyond livid, about to request a refund from the seller and let him deal with this train wreck.

Every delivery I've ever had from this company has taken months, been damaged or never arrived. How are they still in operation?

I think they need a formal investigation into their company.

Fastway are an assigned Amazon Prime Courier. They either never attempt a delivery, or deliver items and leave them on the street without any notice, warning or ringing the doorbell

Without doubt the worst courier service company I've ever had to deal with. Had I known my ebay seller would use this company for delivery I would have never made a purchase from them. Google would have a tough time searching for one positive comment about this company.

If you are searching for a company that can't deliver, look no further! I have attempted to have five separate deliveries from this company. The goods get to the depot, but arriving at my home has never occurred, with them advising me that I can pick up the goods at their depot. After arriving at their depot last Wednesday the goods are still there at 12:30 now being Tuesday. I was told that it should arrive this week. A joke of a company!

They are rude and refuse to acknowledge the mistakes they have made. Trying to resolve an ongoing issue with the company is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. I have esculated the matter and they refuse to answer me. I would not recommend this service at all. I had to rate their service. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately they received 1.

Fastway ? haha yeha maybe for the stone ages. Waiting for a package from fast way is like waiting for your 15 year old son to take out the rubbish bin :)
