UNRELAIABLE service
Fedex service is so poor and unreliable. picked up shipment on the 4th of April from Dhaka arrived in Australia on the 1st of May. delivered 1 box out of 3 still waiting for the rest of the shipment. Fedex agent lied saying they came to my address for delivery but never came i have cctv camera for proof no one came. they just lie and lie. will never deal with Fedex again. DHL is the best hands down. they always call and let me know what is happening.

Operatives want to see inside your package
Took a packet to Fedex with declaration of contents label (Coin). Fedex operative would not accept for transit unless I unpackaged and showed him the contents. Did not use Fedex.

I'm waiting for a delivery - took 3 days to get from USA to Perth, Western Australia, where it has now been sitting for a week. It has been on its way to my place for 2 days now, and when checking today, there is now no delivery date available. Fedex Perth, your service needs to seriously improve if you want to survive.

Incompetent
My package sat in a sorting facility for a week. I was notified by fedex that it would be delivered on the 17th of the month by 5pm. That then changed to the 21st of the month by 5pm and we could see that it was in transit but it never arrived. I had previously left very clear instruction through the website to leave the package at the door. The next day the package was back at the warehouse in Matraville with no ETA. with my kid and they left a card saying that I wasn’t home and they would try to deliver it again tomorrow. It’s so frustrating! The package is for work and I have already twice waited all day for the package to arrive based on THEIR notifications of ETA. To be clear, I asked at the beginning for the package to be left at the door, and clarified this twice with customer service. I still have not received my package and my follow ups have been passed on my customer service but ignored by dispatch. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before but this is astoundingly bad service and inter-company communication. I understand the current situation regarding covid but it’s not about that, there has been clear communication on my part that has been ignored and several notifications of the package’s eta by them that was just wrong.i would highly recommend going with another delivery service.Similar opinion? Not Fastest Delivery
I had to stop using Fedex for my uniform shipments from Bangkok, and change to DHL. Fedex used to deliver to Brisbane via Singapore, but changed their hub to Guangzhou a couple of years ago. This has led to a 1-2 day slower delivery than before.
DHL is far qicker and reliable as they deliver via Singapore.

Absolute Garbage. My package has been delayed twice. The first one was understandable as it was due to flight restrictions however the second delay is due to sheer incompetence on their behalf. Fedex reported my package as being in my home town ready for delivery where it sat for multiple days i had to talk to 2 support lines to get an explanation and it turned out that my package was still in the statewide distribution centre and they had forgotten about my package and just updated the tracking system anyway. Why Are they still charging Fuel Surcharge
The oil price has never been cheaper, when it was very expensive airlines and couriers added a fuel surcharge and removed it when the price of oil stabilized except Fed EX they still charge a very large fuel surcharge and wont remove it, then have the nerve to now charge a coronavirus surcharge this is appalling and is a cash grab at its worst, this should be illegal and they should be fined

Lazy, useless drivers who don’t deliver.
If you ever want a parcel delivered, take my advice and NEVER EVER use Fedex.
On several occasions I have had parcels sent to me, and every time without fail, if Fedex have been involved, they have not once delivered. The lazy drivers don’t even try to deliver, all they do is take them to a drop off point and send you an email advising you that the driver could not make the delivery. Woeful shipping company
My parcel was scheduled to arrive by 5pm today that didn't happen
i rang fedex got overseas call centre who had no idea tried to tell me it was still in china & that it wouldn't be here until tuesday. i quoted her details from their tracking website where it says it as at Matraville Sydney Fedex depot she is getting a tracking team to contact me within an hour allegedly.
From their useless virtual assistant !!

Irresponsible and unreliable courier "service"
FedEx are just hopeless.
My parcel has been stuck with them for over 2 weeks now and every time they "attempt" to deliver they either:
1) fail to notify me of the delivery timeframe (even though I requested that)
2) or the driver would be 1 hour late (I can't be at home for 2 hours during work)
3) they can't find my work address

FedEx hopeless
I have been waiting since Jan 3rd for a delivery and now that has arrived Jan 16th I get a rep asking if I have an import licence to import tobacco.
All because the title of the import of the vaping product states Honey& Caramel TOBACCO.
Trying to explain to FedEx our Laws on importing vaping products is like talking to a wall.
After numerous phone calls emails and different phone calls I keep getting deferent answers from everyone l I speak to.
I will be emailing my supplier and begging them to use a different courier in future.

Shipping Clowns
Shipping clowns of the world. I think the ex part of FedEx is appropriate. Between the changing delivery dates (which I am required to be here for) and the rude customer service, I would highly recommend using one of the many competitors available. My package has been in state for at least 5 days according to their own updates. It has been in their system for over 11 days now. Normally I would write this off and move on but I have to post someone at the address full time in the hopes FedEx actually delivers it as they say they will. If you consider the cost of this plus their fee, its a very expensive option. Never again FedEx.

Express my butt
I bought oculus go from their official website, I have no idea why they chose FedEx as their delivery company. First the package is coming on Monday, on Monday morning they called me to confirm my address, I asked what time the driver will be around they said don't know, so I had to be home all day waiting. turday, what? Ok so I went out, and suddenly I get a call the driver is at my place. I told him I was expecting the package on Saturday of course he doesn't care. I asked him to just leave at my porch, he says he needs a signature, so I told him I'll be back in 20 minutes. Then I get home and I called him and now he's gonna be another 20 minutes. Seriously unhelpful customer service
I guess I will avoid using Fedex to receive or send item internationally. Bought something from Etsy and because the seller didn't write clearly, Fedex called me to get clarification of the seller delivery address from the BUYER. Never experience this kind of thing from the logistic company before. Never Again FedEx !!
Have been waiting for a shipment due for delivery on the 13th Dec. The call centre gives very little information and says someone will call back. As hours go by with no replies, I had no option but to call again and again only to be told the same thing. Yesterday I was told that they are overloaded with deliveries. I asked if this means by shipment (3 long cartons) would be given less priority. The answer was "pretty much". This morning I called early and have called 5 times in all today. and the rest will come in the afternoon. My last call finally got me a call back to say that all packages are still at the depot and that this will be delivered this afternoon. So which one was telling the truth? Either way, I have no guarantee what the truth is and basically nothing more to do than just wait. unprofessional
While I was checking the tracking for my delivery, it said that my order has been delivered and signed. However, I did not receive an order nor did I sign anything. ut, I was right. It was delivered at my next door neighbours house. FEDEX DELIVERED MY PARCEL TO THE WRONG HOUSE. This is very unprofessional, especially as it is not very hard to deliver to the CORRECT address. Hopeless logistics and customer service.
I had a package sent from Italy and unfortunately though the sender got my address correct- with a clearly stated "SYDNEY, NSW" they put 3031 and not 2031 in the postcode. Took 3 days for the package to arrive in Sydney from Italy. It went through Customs clearance-surely not a totally automated process- and then got sent to Melbourne on the basis of the Postcode! on the day of scheduled delivery- today. They had scanned it 3 times while at the Melbourne depot- never once recognising the problem- not exactly efficient. The major reason for this feedback however was the customer service-put-offs, half truths and glib explanations as to why there had been such a delay. Promising to get back to me and not doing so until I rang then 90 mins later. They actually had the temerity to tell me that they don't even look at the address until the scheduled date of delivery. When I asked how they determined the scheduled date of delivery and whether 3 days after arrival at the depot was reasonable all I got was more excuses. Hi Mike, this is FeEx that youre dealing with. Due to the poor customer service and poor service full stop you will probably have to wait a while for your item. When you call customer service they will tell you all sorts of lies and you will get the run around. Oh and good luck having the item delivered to your address and youre not home to collect it. They dont take your item to a post office and if you want to change address destination to suit where you will be you will be charged for that. Every poor rating you see on this terrible service is true. Good luck with them. You are gong to need it.
You are looking at a minimum 2 weeks or more Fed Ex is so slow horse & cart could do it quicker
After being told my parcel had left nz, found after ten days it was still sitting there.
