I loved the shampoo and decided to buy direct from Feminine Mysteries, they took my money and I'm yet to receive the product. They gave excuse after excuse to now not even responding to me and won't provide a refund. No so ethical from a business that promotes itself as such.

Ordered direct from Toni Childs 6 weeks ago and still waiting. She is not replying to emails. Payment was taken and my order has not been sent. Now I need to make a paypal claim. Do not trust the feminine mysteries owner Toni Childs. When the owner takes mo neh for orders and then doesnt send nor reply to emails, it wouldnt matter if product was great because i havent even receved it
