She always call and email back within a timely manner, is very proactive and I know she has my best interests at heart!

Really poor experience. Over the phone and early correspondence they promised the world - "Petrol is included", "servicing and maintenance is included", "tyres are included", "no extra costs", "roadside assistance included". Sounded like the best deal ever!
Wrong - just lies to try and suck you in. When the paperwork came out all the promises made disappeared. Steer clear people!

Was connected to the Fincar team by the guy who helped me buy my new car. This is the first loan of any type I have ever taken out so naturally I was very anxious. Marko was very patient with me and surprisingly the process from getting my details to the bank finalising the loan was quick and efficient.

I found the process from start to finish easy. All the paperwork is done for you and you're kept up to date with the progress.

Had a loan approved by a bank via this company, yet they would not disclose repayments nor interest rate and spoke about loan balllooning out. Loan had 90 days availability, yet I was called and emailed daily. The emails told me to focus!!! Disgraceful unethical COWBOYS with no ethics. Now they've set me back in purchasing a vehicle.

Absolutely disillusioned with Fincar. Terrible service since approximately April of this year, I am trapped in a nightmare for the next 5 years with this (dis)organisation.

Would only recommend them to people I hate with a passion.

We needed to change out lease to suit family requirements, mainly to ebsure we were not left with a large bill. Not only did Fincar not understand this (although made clear a number of times and by various methods), they ended up releasing our 4 year old vehicle as brand new and costing us to receive a bill into the thousands. After 5 years we still do not own our car and can not receive clear answers from anyone within Fincar. We will not be using this company again nor positively recommending them.

The level of customer service is low, once you have committed to the purchase. Slow email replays, delay in paper work and they are not fully registered with the car manufacturers which means that you don't get the best deals. But if you are not aware of this, you will never know.

Competitive rates and helpful service! Fincar (particularly [Name removed]) made the loan process simple and hassle free. They did all the work and once I did some research to compare they checked out as being the best rate for me! Would recommend.
