Cannot find anything to complain about
We use a lot of dishes for our big family and load the dishwasher twice a day. We were looking for something that has a shorter cycle, my previous smeg used to wash for 120 min. This dishwasher is a godsend with its fast cycle of only 35 min. The quality of the wash is also great and I learned for the first time how to correctly use rinse aid just by reading the manual that I came with. The dishwasher is relatively quiet, it is not completely silent but I do not see it as a disadvantage. So far we cannot complain about anything and had only pleasant experiences with this dishwasher, love this machine.

very happy with this machine
I am very happy with this dishwasher, it is energy efficient and water efficient as well. Energy prices are going up and having a machine that can run an eco cycle in 35 minutes is amazing in comparison to my old dishwasher which used to do a minimum of 120 minutes. I pre-rinse my dishes and do not overload for best results.

Hoped it would be better..
Have been using for over a week now and almost every load has some kind of food left on either the cutlery or a plate. Our 12 year old dishlex (which just stopped working) very rarely left food on anything. Im finding this is also noisy, in the full normal wash cycle it sounds like a loud ‘chugging’. We did take the top cover off so it could fit under the cabinet (which is in the installation instructions as perfectly okay to do so) and im wondering if that could be making it louder than it should be as the top piece may muffle the noise a bit ...Read more
more ?? It looks nice and even being stainless steel finish it doesn’t retain fingerprints which is great. I find i have to use the ‘extra dry’ function otherwise it doesn’t dry well enough and even then its not thoroughly dry but its okay. I like the flat slide out cutlery tray but do find some aren’t being cleaned enough. I find not having a cutlery basket gives more room for other dishes and the layout takes a bit of getting used to but i like it.. it works for me. However it should be noted that if you lower the top basket to fit a tall glass (ie 135cm) which we use alot of, then you wont be able to fit a standard size dinner plate in the bottom rack. So to make it clearer, if you put any dinner plates in bottom rack, you can only put short glasses in the top rack. There is some space on the bottom rack though to put a few taller glasses which is what we do.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This dishwasher has unforgivable design flaw - deal-breaker
Lovely easy to operate dishwasher - with major design flaw - the design of the lower tray, and the powerball dispenser - our dinner plates - 26 or 27 cm - won't fit in the rear of the tray, which seems to be designed for only small plates - and when placed in the front of the lower tray, block the powerball dispenser from opening - hence we have a completely undissolved powerball tablet at the end of the cycle - we can only place our dinner plates on the front right-hand side of the lower tray - they won't fit anywhere else - limiting us to abo...Read more
ut 6 dinner plates per wash - horrendous flaw in the design of lower tray and positioning of powerball dispenser on door It's not something you notice when shopping for a dishwasher on the showroom floor - but you are sick to the stomach when you get it installed and find out how limited it is regarding the placement of items in the lower tray Also - to get our dinner plates in the lower tray - so as not to impede the spray arm on the bottom of the upper tray - we have to raise the upper tray to its upper position - which then seriously limits the height of items that can be placed in the upper tray because of top cutlery tray - which we thought was a good design idea - before we actually came to use the dishwasher This model has been designed by idiots who don't live in the real world Unless you live on your own, or are just a couple with no kids, avoid this dishwasher - it is not a family dishwasher - we have used far better-designed dishwashers in the past Update: Make sure you don't get stuck with this dishwasher - we regret buying it, more with every day - lack of response from F & P on all these reviews is "deafening", and just confirms our mistake - other manufacturers do respond to reviews (of the brand we now wish we had purchased)

Perfect
I love this dishwasher. One of the best investment I've made. Washes really well. Didn't drink like my other dishwashers. The water rating 4 1/2 stars. I save so much time. Also outs the best when you invite a bunch of people. It's comes in so handy. My kids love using it.

2nd update: We approached our local Harvey Norman store - told them we were unhappy - they asked: "Would you like to change it?" - no questions asked - fabulous - we swapped it for a Bosch - a brand w... Read more
hich we had ascertained from here had excellent reviews - (as opposed to the F&P model we bought - white and stainless models - which all 6 or so reviews of the exact same model say the same thing - bad design) - we are thrilled with the Bosch - we couldn't be happier - the slightly better-designed interior makes a huge difference - the Powerball dispenser, at the top of the door I might add, drops the Powerball into a specially designed receptacle in the middle tray's handle every time, with absolutely no problems - even with the middle tray at it's highest setting we can still get (12 - 15 cm) tall bowls/food storage containers into it without fouling the upper cutlery tray - the Bosch is extremely quiet - and cleans perfectly every time BTW - the upper cutlery draw on the Bosch is a well designed addition in this case - HN replaced our F&P model with a like-for-like Bosch model (picked up F&P, and installed Bosch free of charge the very next day) - we thought we would end up removing cutlery tray and using the basket - but we are very happy with the cutlery tray on the Bosch - using it gives us extra room in the bottom tray
