If you want the water dispenser to work it does. ie it's not one of those water dispensers you fill up manually. it wasn't that hard to do though for anyone a bit handy. i guess it helps if your fridge is quite near to your sink/plumbing, which ours was. you just run a line from a connection under your sink plumbing to the back of the fridge. maybe speak to someone at billy guyatts, harvey norman etc and they can show you what needs to be done?
