Sadly, not as good as on paper! poor for the price
Sadly, when I compared this oven with the same features and around similar price tag of $5K+ (Canberra prices), this looked good. However in the first 8-12 mnths of ownership (we're now into our second year), here are the flaws:
1) the hotplates don't cook evenly - so even though I might have the big hotplate on a gentle 4 (max is 9), one side of the pot burns and the other barely breaks a sizzle
