Hate it!

published

No wool wash cycle. The manual says use delicate cycle. Even though I select cold wash it has done a hot wash several times now and ruined several jumpers. The latest being a $375 Vicktor and Rolf one of my daughters. I was beginning to question my sanity, sure I had selected cold yet the jumpers came out shrunk and matted. The last time I kept checking it was on cold and low spin speed and it still did the same thing. The jumper was VERY HOT when it came out of a cold wash. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have always washed my jumpers on a wool wash on cold. My old Simpson top loader (completely manual) was much more reliable and did a cold wash every time correctly. Very disappointed!

I dread washing sheets

published

We have had this machine a year now and I dread the weekly chore of washing sheets. The machine has a self balancing function but that means when washing sheets it will take hours to "balance" before moving on to the next cycle. When I do something heavy like sheets, I have to constantly keep an eye on the machine and manually stop it, pull all the items out and untangle the sheets and duvets, restart it so it can then balance. For example, a single duvet, sheet, 2 pillow cases, 3 small towels and a couple pairs of swimmers has just taken 2 hours to wash and 3 manual detangles to get it to finish the express wash cycle that should take less than an hour. Very disappointed and will not purchase F&P products again.

Best Washing Machine I have ever used

published

I purchased a month ago, and it has proven to be the best machine.
On sheets and towels it really spins them dry.
The electronic display with wash times, and ability to be flexible with spin and temperature is a bonus.
It is also the quietest machine ever!
I would highly recommend this machine.

Great!

published

Been using for a little more than a month, and loving it so far! It is quiet, spacious so i could wash bug load in one go, and even better, it looks stylish too! The quick wash 30mins is always helpful when i need to wash few stained clothes thay i need to quickly wash before it's too difficult to remove the stain (of course i use vanish too). Love the keylock protection too, so my kid who loves touching the buttons couldn't change any setting when it's running.

Best washer I've ever owned.

published

Love this machine. Super Quiet, cleans clothes perfectly. The 30 minute wash cycle is sufficient to clean the grubbiest clothes, and only ever use cold water. Very sturdy door handle - others I looked at were flimsy. Best machine I've ever had. Highly recommended. So glad I switched to a front loader after my daughter trying to convince me for years!

Satisfied customer

published

I was looking for a quiet machine to replace my old front loader and this has certainly met my wishes. Love the 30 minute wash cycle. Very easy to use, clothes come out super spun so less time on the clothesline. A large load of towels did not make the machine dance across the floor. Highly recommended

I have owned the machine for 3 weeks now and I can't fault it. Everything works the way it should and it is easy to operate.

QuickSmart WH7560J2 (7.5kg)

My WH7560J2 was giving the error code 37, checked pump/filter and filter and cleared. Now when turned on, the control panel will not allow the washer selector to move from the cottons wash, and only makes a beeping sound when the selector is turned. Additionally, when a button is pressed, the only thing that happens is three quick beeps, with no change to the selection. Any help?
