Goodness where do i start!
I purchased this particular model of washing machine some 18 months ago. In that time, it broke down no less than three times (whist still under warranty) Even after the service technician came out and fixed the issues, it still did not run properly. It also likes to chase the user around the laundry floor and only stops, when it manages to pull the plug out of the wall. When it did work, it sounded similar to a B-57 bomber taxing the runway and neighbours told me they could hear the spin cycle from down the road! I ended up purchasing a new ma...Read more
chine (LG front loader) and told the installer man that he could do whatever he wanted with it. (I just wanted it out of my life) I shall never purchase another Fisher and Paykel product again (not in the washing machine range anyway) Awful, awful product. Stay away at all costs. Very disappointed with scale 9/10
New innovative machine. Chosed and Believed in this product because my previous one lasted me for over 20 years. All that feeling was deflated, after just 3-4 weeks it malfunctioned. Was serviced and was damaged more.. Need to order parts . Waited more than a wk. No follow,up calls from the company .No washer for almost 2wks. I Handwashed uniforms+etc ., Rate that! Binglee replaced the machine instead.

It had leaked since we bought it - my partner thought it was a faulty hot tap. We moved house and once again it started leaking from the hot tap. My sons needed hot water and was unaware and turned the hot water tap on, it leaked all the way through into my bedroom, I had to call a plumber as I thought my pipes or something had burst, it turned out it was the washing machine, it had a faulty hose and had since we bought it! go and buy. It seems to clean the clothes ok but i often have to stop the machine then restart it to get a decent amount of water in it. It has no agitator. It is loud. Now I can use hot water it works a bit better. Lint over clothes. It loses balance a lot. Think long and hard before you buy a Fisher & Paykel, I wish I had been given this advice.

I love this machine!
I bought this machine after reading the choice reviews & I LOVE IT! (perhaps the other reviewers machine is broken because mine is polar opposite). This machine is so quiet that I repeatedly check to see if it is even on! It is super easy to use with no extra annoying buttons but plenty of options for washes. y black clothes haven't had white marks left on from the washing product! It is a great size for my family and it washes everything perfectly, from all black clothes, bright toddlers stuff, sheets,(a toilet training toddler is giving this machine a run for its money!) towels, even my queen sized doona. I almost didnt buy this machine after the other poor persons review but I am so glad that I did. It has fantastic water and energy rating as well. Couldn't be happier! water and energy star rating of 4/5, SO quiet, clothes are never tangled. so far nothing! (I have had it running at least once a day for a month or more)Similar opinion? My machine keeps experiencing a "power cut" with the message "Pwr Cut" appearing on the interface. I can hear that the machine loads water, yet it doesn't complete a cycle since it almost appears to turn itself off i.e. the power cut. Can somebody help me?
