Wrong dash mat.
Ordered a dash mat for a sedan and got one for a hatchback. Good one!!! The Website obviously not working properly. They wouldn't even cover the return freight. Never buy again.

Terrible Service!
I did research on the company and read many positive reviews and therefore decided to placed an order for a car cover. The expected postage time was 5 days. After several days I was yet to receive information on a tracking number or even if the item had been shipped. I left 4 emails through the website but they all came back with automatic replies saying my package was being packed and posted ( this occurred aver a 2 week period!) I called the number and the operator advised me that they ran out of stock and need to ordered more. I did end up getting my car cover (which I have yet to open) after about 3 weeks with little customer support whatsoever. Do not recommend and will probably not order from this company again.

Vw Amarok Bedrock floor liners
Searching for my car mats was really easy by 'searching by car' option. I ordered the Bedrock liners after Christmas. I ordered on the 8th of January and received the mats on the 20th of January.
After one email in January I received a apologetic response a few days later explaining how they have experienced a huge increase in orders and that production time was slow and that my mats would be delivered through express post as soon as they were ready.
I got in contact with them though the 'email us' link on the website.
The Bedrock liners fitted like a glove. I'm really impressed. They are of outstanding quality and design. Awesome job. Well done.

Hilux carpets
I am always a bit dubious about buying from ads in facebook but these guys are the real deal. Excellent quality carpets for my new Hilux, easy to navigate website, prompt service even over Christmas/ New Year and MADE IN AUSTRALIA, even better. Cheers.

Non existent customer service
- Ordered car Matt’s on 6/12 well before the company’s Christmas Guarantee Cutt-offs as a Christmas present.
- Item dispatched after Christmas
- Requests for updates ignored
- Promised a manger call back but still waiting
- Car Matt’s far from perfect fit however after the previous Christmas guarantee lies is not worth pursuing their advertised Fitment ‘guarantee’

No Customer Service
Order 3 items on boxing day because of their boxing day sales. Received an invoice immediately stating all items delivered within 2 business days. 10 business days later after several emails finally received item. If you order anything from here don't send emails. Use their Facebook site because at least you get a vague response on when your items might be shipped. Fitmycar really needs to understand what customer service is and simple emails advising items will be very late and an approximate shipping date is all that is needed. Not responding to emails is not good customer service.

Terrible Service
I ordered headlight protectors for my 2005 Rav 4 on Dec 4th 2022.
I had an email a few days later with an electronically lodged tracking number with Australia Post. There was no tracking on my item so I emailed customer service to check if the item had actually been picked up from the warehouse and explained that as I had worked in customer service in the transport industry for over 10 years I had a fair knowkedge on how the system works.

Don't waste your time
I ordered a Ute tray mat over a month ago. After multiple e-mails to chase up its where abouts, the best I got was 'we'll look into it'. Terrible customer service, they don't have the stock nor the capability to keep up with peak demand times. Which is great for them as they still get the money, while as a consumer we have to hope and wait one day the items arrives. Will never order from again.

Not happy
I ordered two front floor mats and one long back floor mat. The back floor mat DOES NOT FIT MY CAR. This was in November. I have since sent two emails asking about returns and have no replies.

non existent customer service
While the products may be OK I can't believe how bad the customer support is. I have emailed them through their eBay store regarding availability of a product and after not ever hearing back I emailed them through their 'contact' link from the website - still have not heard back. Then I receive an email asking me for feedback which I politely replied informing them they should check and respond to customers communication - did not hear back! I simply have now bought elsewhere - they really need to lift their game. Apalling.

Perfect fit and outstanding quality
The website is extremely easy to navigate and find exactly what you need. I decked my car out with custom floor mats and a dash mat, which could not have been easier to install. Both products where produced to a very high standard and I know if I ever need any more Fit My Car will be my first stop.

Good value and Australian made
Website is easy enough to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. I was surprised they had carpets for my car as it isn't a volume seller.
Actual lead time was 10 days which was a day longer than the maximum advertised. I had to communicate a few times by email and a response was always sent within a day or two.
Carpets were delivered by Australia Post express and arrived on the day after posting (Melb to Sydney) - (way better than my recent slow experiences with Australia Post)
Carpet quality and fit is excellent - really well finished and complete with the securing fittings as per the factory originals. Non slip backing was an unexpected bonus.

Terrific products combined with terrific service
After my wife told me about the Fit-My-Car website and it's range of products I decided to have a look myself. My first reaction was, why hadn't I used this site before? It had all the products I was interested in and more. It is easy to use and the prices are very competitive. As it was getting close to Xmas I fired off an email asking about the expected delivery dates. I got a helpful and swift response from 'Majorie' and so put in my order. The goods were dispatched and I have received them before Xmas. Great products, great service and now some well wrapped presents under the Xmas tree. I will be using Fit-My-Car again in the future and I'm telling all my friends to give them a go as well.

3 Months and still waiting
I have called and called only to hear different stories and with no change. A few times I have been told my order is with Australia post only to follow up with them and find out they never received it. Fitmycar is a scam, my only regret is that I didn't double check reviews before making my order.

Ring before you order
Please ring and confirm your product is correct before ordering, website is deceptive. Ordered seat covers for a people mover in the more expensive neoprene, website says complete set, but it doesn't come with the rear seat covers, and nowhere on the website does it say this, I cant order rear seat cover so I am now stuck with a 2/3 covered car, customer service pretty much hung up on me once they realized they were in the wrong, Postage was great and product itself was great but unfortunately for me was a waste of money for my car

Think twice before using these con artists
I had to regularly chase up where were my products only to be told they would be dispatched next day. Nothing. After 3 weeks of being yanked around cancelled order. Over 2 weeks since cancellation and no sign of refund. Unprofessional and disappointing.
