I initially signed up on the 4 week plan in conjunction with the F45 8 week challenge after the 'Pre-season' phase. The meals were tasty, convenient, and helped achieve great results. In the 6 weeks I have now been on 5.4 and my exercise program I have lost over 15kgs. I have also learned and become used to smaller portion sizes.
It saved me hours and hours of meal prep, and helped me to my goal.

typical Clever marketing with no substance to follow. Someone need to employ a really amamzing chef to make some flavours at this place and stop the watery frozen over cooked vegetables from making it to the customer. Customer service is poor, they promise the world and conveniently forget to apply credits to the account . I wouldn’t put my credit card details with this company. Really disappointing as they have a great idea but badly executed. Will not buy from again.
The positive was the breakfast they were good.

I have really enjoyed the meals for the vegan meal plan - the quinoa chilli is delicious! The team at 5.4 have been really helpful and accommodating. Keep up the great work!

I love the science that goes into the food portioning.
It took time to adjust to eating healthier portions, but can't argue with the science.
The only problem, is that my girlfriend nicks my meals lol.

I am so very impressed with FivePointFour. I had been contemplating using a meal service for a while but was a little hesitant as I was worried with the quality of the food. 4 weeks later I am loving the taste, variety and quality of the food - and am already making strides in my goal to lose weight before my wedding. Most importantly, Alex has delivered wonderful customer service; so supportive and friendly, always quick to reply to any query - I feel very valued as a customer. I was away for two or so months - rang up to find Alex had made a very easy transition back and was very helpful in getting me back on track. Always enjoyed the service but coming back after being gone was even better. Thanks guys!

I work nightshift hours and don't have a lot of time to myself. I took the chance and ordered 5.4 and enjoyed my first round of meals I went back for more and more, my favourite being the Japanese curry. All meals are really filling and I often struggle to even finish them. Thank you to Alex and the team, I look forward to continued results and my tasty meals being delivered.

Great for quick weight loss!! Fill you up, just have to try and not cheat :) staff are awesome, really friendly and helpful!

I was using 5.4 for meal replacement and it has been great. I had to stop due to a postal issue where I live, but Alex and the team at 5.4 where so helpful and understanding.

I'm a diabetic and this has done wonders for my sugar levels, and Dana has been absolutely a fountain of info.
I would highly recommend this to every one.

Just received my 1st delivery of the Women's Lo Carb Program. I'm doing my own brekkie but following the program. Its so easy to follow, no hard & fast rules.... no rubbish to read just nice & easy.....

I'm SUPER impressed with the quality of the food. I've done other programs in the past and the food all tastes the same, but the choices here are so different and taste amazing.

I'm quite satisfied after I've eaten the meal. Haven't been hungry at all. The biggest plus for me though is the flavour........ that thai green chicken curry is A-MAZ-ING.

Well balanced meals that are super tasty and we'll balanced, not packed with carbs or other nasties. High protein with lots of variety

Good value for money and convenient, lost some weight but got sick of the same 5 meals on rotation twice a day after a few weeks. Not particularly tasty but delivery and service was great.

I have been using 5.4 off and on for the past 3 years and I have to say these meals are just amazing!! Now that you can choose your meals and pay as you go has really helped me through prep and through planning on general.
Anytime I have to contact 5.4 the staff have been so easy to deal with and have always made me feel as a valued customer!

I did the 5.4 8 week program (Active Plan) & lost a whopping 10KG's whilst gaining muscle mass.
It goes to show that you CAN have carbs and lose weight! Don't fall for these magic potion, powders or shake diets, 5.4 is where it's at!
