We had a battery changed in an iphone 7. After the change, the force touch was not working properly on the screen. The technician returned to fix the problem at no extra charge. I would have given 5 star but some of the communications were a bit poor and left me not fully aware of what was happening (both for the initial job and the return to fix the screen). It was not ill meant and the final result was excellent. Very convenient to have someone come to your home.

The service provider was friendly and polite. He said it would and about 10 minutes so I went and got cash and by the time I got back he was already finished. Got a 5 year warranty on the lcd replacement of an iPad so not sure what else could be asked for.

Not good! I had my phone fixed this week, the best day it was flickering and I couldn’t use it. I called the repairer who wasn’t interested in helping me and basically said I had to go back online and do a warranty. I felt this was so unfair as I had only Just had it repaired. I needed it for the weekend and was told that he couldn’t help. NOT HAPPY!

I found this service through Google after smashing the back glass on my iPhone XS and due to the situation with COVID, not being able to go to a repair shop. Amir was in touch with me via text soon after booking. I had to wait a couple of days due to high demand, however Amir arrived promptly at my door at the agreed time and fixed my phone in less than 30 mins. The job was done professionally and the phone looks as good as new. Payment was via bank transfer. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quick and professional job without leaving your home!

Tomasz did a great job with my repair. I had only organised to get the power socket repaired / replaced on my iPhone but Tomasz also was happy to replace the screen at my request even though I hadn't organised it prior. Can thoroughly recommend Fix2U.

I contacted Fix2U mainly due to Coronavirus left me very few options. I am glad I did as it meant I did not have to leave my house to get the repairs completed.
Sid Lung Hsiao, was the Fix2U Hero, I expected a long wait and a big charge but was most impress with their service, I was told it would be about one day to get the parts needed, Sid contacted me and after one day, booked a time that suited me and repaired the phone on our out door table.
I was very impressed with Sid's politeness and knowledge in the product.
Overall I will be using fix2U if I need any tech products repaired in future.

Replacements very fast, about 15 minutes and nicely done, but after sales service very bad, requested receipts (paid cash $79/-) for warranty, was not given through email (requested by roma-another tech-rep) til now, date 29-4-20, 12.49pm, more than 24 hrs, still got no reply from either of them ( thomasz and roma) their tech representatives, not sure they are legit company

The lady who booked me in on the phone was so helpful, cheerful and personable. I highly recommend this service!
