I have been using Flash for over 20 years. It’s rare these days to deal with businesses that are still family run. I would use Flash Couriers on a weekly basis and over time have got to know them very well. You can genuinely feel that they do care about what they do. They are friendly but most importantly for our business they are very reliable. I honestly can’t remember if we have ever had any incidents with our deliveries. I receive phone calls on a weekly basis from other couriers mostly larger multi national companies looking for our business - I tell them we only use Flash Couriers and you are wasting your time!

I've recommended and used Flash Couriers with every company I've worked for - now going on 22 years. I would highly recommend them. The best company to deal with in terms of customer and quality of service. The operators and drivers always go above and beyond to make sure deliveries are made safely and on time when possible.

Flash are simply the best. i have used them for nearly 9 years they have NEVER lost a parcel and have always delivered on time. I don't have one bad thing to say about this group. The only thing I can tell you that if you want a company that will look after you change to Flash Couriers. I will never change from them .. ...

I booked online and wrote that it was a PO box that I needed delivered to. The courier came and picked up the items with no issues but then brought them back and said that Flash Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

Why they didn't inform me about that prior to picking it up, I will never know.

I received an invoice from them still charging us for the delivery - even though we had to pay someone else to deliver it there.

When I called to ask why we were still being charged for a delivery that was never made, I was treated very rudely.

Will never use flash couriers again and I do not recommend them at all.

Have been using Flash Couriers for about 10 years, and would not think of changing to another service. All couriers seem to have bad days, but we have never had a lost job or undue delay that I can remember. Have been using couriers in my service business for 40 years, and would change every few years looking for a better service. Has not been necessary since using Flash. Prices are good, which is an extra bonus. Also impressed that it is a family business, and when needed to help, the whole family jumps in to help. Only hesitation in making this recommendation is that they might become too busy, but as I am retiring in a couple of years am prepared to make this recommendation.

They look after all my domestic, interstate and overseas deliveries.
Always helpful,friendly and efficient.
Never has a parcel been damaged or lost.

I couldn't recommend Flash Couriers highly enough! They are a small family run business who bend over backwards for their clients. I'm so thankful we came across them after using mail call. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help with any situation we have :)

Are the bad reviews here written by competitors? Flash came recommended to me 5 years ago when I started my business, by another small business owner. The fact that they are family owned & run means they actually give a damn about providing excellent service, & have consistently done so for myself & my customers. I am regularly approached by competitors & turn them away. Great people, great service. Highly recommended.

I run a small business based in Sydney and their service has been consistently bad (rude, not on time and expensive) so I have been thinking to change to another courier in the new year.

During my busy Christmas trade, one of the parcels was never delivered to our client even though they have charged for this job and now they've lost my parcel. When I enquired, their (owner and financial controller) were defensive and advised it is simply not their responsibility and will not work towards resolving it at all.

Thanks for nothing Flash courier, I've now lost my $825 order because of your incompetency.

The customer service are rude, Their drivers are unprofessional who make smart [censored word removed] comments if they have to wait for a signature due to attending my companies customers. I spoke to one driver who complains that they cheat drivers of pay and denies any goods sent with them by mistake so it would be a loss for my company.
Consistent in unprofessionalism.

An absolutely amazing courier company. They always bend over backwards for all my courier needs, with no questions asked. The prices are very competative and have never had any price increases since starting with them over 10 years ago. You will definately not go wrong with sending all your work with them.
Inexpensive, reliable, fast

Avoid Flash couriers. Not only could they not get thier IT system to send an email to the correct address despite asking for six months. They also lost half a delivery of ours and claimed they were not responsible - did not make any attempt to rectify the situation at all. Avoid them, they are cheap and nasty - you get what you pay for. Any positive reviews must be by people in the company.
