Would definitively not recommend Floormania. Customer service and advice/information on floor types in the showroom was very poor. We are extremely disappointed with the floor installed (it has an unexpectedly high number of knots and imperfections). Fortunately the supplier helped with replacing some board but Floormania declined any responsibility.

This was the second time in 11 years that we've used John at Floormania and both times they've done a great job. John is professional, responsive and really great to deal with. He has an in-house team of installers who know what they are doing and a pleasure to deal with too.

We used Floormania to cover our entire house in Quick Step impressive ultra laminate. So far we are really pleased with this product, and we're getting a lot of compliments.

We shopped around for pricing and John provided us a great deal. John stayed in contact with us, and did the work when he said he would (not something you can take for granted these days!). I would not hesitate recommending Floormania.

Floormania at Concord supplied and installed a "Readycork" brand cork floor for me. I didn't even know cork was an option until I visited the showroom. Floormania were great to deal with, very professional were able to work around my kitchen installation dates. The floor looks brilliant, I would definitely recommend Floormania Concord.

Floormania are a great company, they take care of their customers like no one else! We got some Spotted Gum 130mm boards installed in our home. John was with us every step of the way, from coming our to our home himself to measure up, meeting the truck when it came to deliver the timber, and meeting the layer on the day of installation to relay onto him exactly what we had requested. And the end result is great - the floor was finished on time and with great attention to detail! Would definitely recommend these guys!

We recently had Floormania install wood flooring in our apartment. We are very happy with the new floor and with the service we received from Floormania. The new floor looks great and makes our apartment fresher.

Floormania measured the apartment and provided a quote that was accurate. Once we paid the deposit they booked us in quickly for the installation. They arrived for the installation promptly and were finished with everything the same day. They left the place in the condition we expected. They returned promptly to attend to some minor issues.
