Great value, was happily surprised when it had spring hinges. Not as accurate colour wise but still pretty good for ordering online. Also the computer blue light extra includes all the features of the “clear arc” option. Will be buying myself another pair and some family.

I ordered a soft glasses case online. Afterwards I had some questions to ask so emailed. I received a response in less than 1/2 hour and received my goods 2 days after I placed the order. I purchased spectacles online. I selected the cheapest frame available (or close to the cheapest) because I only wear my glasses whilst at home. I am shortsighted at -4.0 or so and a contact lens wearer so just need something to wear at home or on days when I can give my eyes a rest from the lenses. I ordered the glasses which cost about $62 and thought they might not be much cop but at that price I couldn’t complain. Anyway they arrived about 12-14 days later and they fit brilliantly and I can see perfectly. Delighted.

Really happy with my glasses. They were held up in Customs so took longer to arrive than anticipated but I’m very happy with them. The measurements on the website made it really easy to work out what frame would fit my face shape the best.

I ordered just the frames and had the script filled out in Australia. At present I am waiting on them to return. Money wise this is about the same as specsavers or opsm raybans once the script is filed. The frames are reasonable quality a bit above specsavers and I probably should have got the script done through the Frames direct and got the full cost benefit. I am likely to buy from them again.

Went for the cheapest since this is the first time to buy online with countless options. Seems we settled on a company that keeps their word on delivery time. Frames are minimal as expected, but looking forward to them holding up. Giving the lenses a week to adjust to my eyes!

I’ve bought several pairs of glasses online but this has been THE most horrible experience! First the glasses took a month to arrive! Then, when I want to return them, they refuse! The frames are of a poor finish and far far below my expectations. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!
