I received my orange travel satchel as well as the anti-theft backpack within 1-2 weeks. Very happy with it! I was very skeptical about ordering things online at first, especially from seeing an ad on Facebook. But Freedom Travel Gear looked professional and they have been around for a few years with a lot of Facebook followers, so I decided to give it a try. I am glad that I received the items and they were both very useful on my Holiday. The backpack was for my hubby and the travel satchel was for myself. I really loved the colour and quality of the products. I am happy to find a company that is focused on traveling products, everything that I need in one place. Would recommend. Thank you!

But the website seemed genuine and had good reviews so I decided to go for it. The scratch map arrived within 1-2 weeks. I am happy with the quality and was impressed with the prompt delivery. I bought the Anti-theft Backpack and received it within 2 weeks. Has incredible features and is able to store all of my school stuff as well as a few extras.

I bought the red Anti-theft Backpack for my Holidays abroad. I bought it because it seemed great for my travels for preventing theft. The backpack has many features which I am very happy with. The hidden zippers, reflective stripes, and comfortable material. It was very useful during my trip to USA. I would recommend it.

I saw an advert on Facebook for a Travel Satchel and decided to buy the blue one for my upcoming trip to the US. I found it very helpful and could fit my phone, glasses and passports inside. It was easy and convenient to take things out from the different compartments. I ended up using the bag throughout the whole trip! It was rather handy. Happy with purchase.

Bought a couple of scratch maps for my daughters. They are loving it so far. Good quality. Received in about 1-2 weeks in UK. I enjoy scratching off some countries with them. Lots of countries scratched, but still lots to go!

The pink travel wallet is lovely, it helped me to carry my travel visa documents, my glasses and purse easily when I was travelling abroad. Now it comes with me whenever I travel!

Do not dare to buy something from them. I ordered something 3 months ago and didn t received anything. I tried to contact them and nobody answered to me. That s a big shame and typically british.

I received my Crystal Ball Lens Photography Sphere, there was some slight delay due to the festive period but it was shipped to me internationally tracked and I got free shipping (a promo they are doing), so I appreciate it. Very happy with the product, managed to get some great shots with it during my trip abroad. Thank you

I never received my order! I ordered two Large Deluxe Scratch Maps in the first week of December. I also sent an email regarding my concerns about receiving my products before Christmas as they were gifts. They confirmed it would be here within 1-2weeks. This was not the case.
3 weeks later Christmas came and they still had not arrived! I waited until the 12th Jan 2022 before sending my complaint and they said that my order was ‘lost’.

An extremely stressful and upsetting experience, would not recommend using this service to anyone.

I ordered a watch which never arrived. I have chased up via email for a refund and they said they will track it. I emailed again to see what was going on and had no response.
I will definitely not use this site again.

I love the travel satchel that I purchased, but I had a problem with it. When I enquired about repairing it, I was quickly contacted and a replacement was sent to me. Love the product and LOVE the customer care!

Ordered a travel wallet which I am very happy with. Arrived quick. It came in useful for my family and I on our holiday to the US.

Bought a grey travel satchel from this store, it was delivered to me in 10 days. Used it for my business trip last week and it came in very handy. Would recommend.

The item never arrived. The company used Yodel fo delivery. They put the onus on me to resolve with Yodel and prove it was not delivered. Yodel could offer no signature or proof of delivery. Cost me a small fortune as Yodel has premium call rates. Still not resolved. Would never order from them again

I received my bright orange travel wallet and was excited until I opened it up to find a faulty zip that would not open and close and all the seams were tatty and unfinished. I emailed photos to Freedom Travel Gear.
They sent me The Ultimate Travel Satchel Sweet Orange Colour as a replacement - I am a very happy customer now.
