Not a good experience, installation team are sub contractors so you get the luck of the draw. Only one of the crew had conversational English, arrived with 2 drop sheets to work on a three bedroom house, messy
boxes thrown in garden etc

Frost Air is a most professional and efficient company. All staff from sales, administration and installation were very cheerful and courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with them. In addition their price was very competitive. As yet I have not needed to use the air conditioner very much but so far has been satisfactory. They do not install the system as they have promised. They have been out once to fix it and tvs system is still not working correctly. This is a shambles and if it is not fixed I will be forced to take take legal action for a 12k system. They have been out three times and finally the air con is in a workable state.

Quick service when it comes to sales, poor service when it comes to after sales service and warranty repair issues.
Poor installation. Gas leak. Had to come back three times to re-gas the unit.

I call in several occasions to enquire about the technical solution and costs associated with a ducted AC system.
The telephone system always directed me to a message bank. I have not received a call back at the time I am writing this message.
I tries to select the most general enquiry path and ended up with a nice lady in the Service department. Obviously she could not help me, but I was politely informed that all sales staff are on another call and all sales managers are in a meeting.

The installers left bits of plastic product wrapping around the garden, and chocolate snack wrappers strewn about. Three weeks after I paid 50% deposit, the office still had not informed me of the installation date, so I had to chase them to find out. The office systems are disorganised and not co-ordinated, so that the accounts department did not inform the installation department my order was now active and an installation date could be arranged. I was not told the balance had to be paid on the installation date, the installer asked if I had paid it on the day. The people in the different departments did not seem to know what was going on at each stage of the process.

I am very pleased with the ducted air conditioning system, and, the two splits we installed down stairs.
Very clean install, the fellows were very courteous, highly effecient, and, the system recommended by Frost is just sensational.
The pricing was very competitive.

Best advice for choice of the unit was the beginning. Lowest quote was next for an Inverter 19 KW duct-ed unit. Unfortunately a manufacturing issue with brand new unit and quickest possible response and the visit by Henry, the best of the best Installer. Very happy in all aspects of my AirCon installation.
