Money not well spent
Purchased last week after looking at for a while. My Philips xl cooks faster and crispier. Chicken took way longer than recipe stated and I still haven't had a crispy chip. The rotisserie is a good idea but difficult to remove food from hot basket. Wish I could return it.

Waste of money
Chips alone take much longer to air fry than states and aren't really crisp when fished more shrivelled really. once done very hard to check without removing entire basket as opening often stops face down. Haven't tried other foods as yet but if it is this hard to cook simple chips then I am not looking forward to attempting other foods. Easy to clean and store the utensils inside but the mashing is huge and will need to be on the bench.

cook with care....
I had an older model than this review subject, I bought to trade-up with the accessories. Oven does take some getting use to - need to tweak cook times and temps quite a bit. I air roasted 3 - 4 lamb chops at about 180 C for 5, 7 then 10 mins all up. At 10 min they came out beautifully moist meat with crisp, flavourful fat streak. But I doubted I'd get there. Timer only does 60 mins, so you have to be there at hour's end to reset timer for rest of cook time, as needed. (not a huge deal, but still...). I do really like the accessories tho...Read more
ugh, the chicken rotissierie rod is easy to load, install - (once you work it out), Chips and popcorn are really good. Slightly limited space for oven trays for muffins/cupcakes etc, but if you do smaller items, you can re-load trays. Fairly easy to clean, splatter guard for lamp is a godsend! Toaster/flat rack is fabulous - best piece of kit. Best about? no need to pre-heat oven - but maybe recommended to do so, for a short time, for cakes. All in all, it's pretty good going - with a little care!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
