Would this be suitable for a 35 m2 bedsitter unit? It is basically one room with a partition to designate the bedroom area.

Designer ASTG12KUCA (3.5kW / 4.3kW)

Hi, the space between the top of my window and the ceiling is 29cm. Is this enough room to allow a ASTG12KUCA to be installed above my window? Does the front fascia of the unit open upwards, thus requiring more headroom?
