From ADSL to FTTP, equally perfect!
After a trouble-free year on ADSL2+ with Future Broadband, we have now been connected to their NBN100 plan at our new house for more than two months. Once again, the service is faultless with fast speeds even in peak hours.
I noticed that FBB have reduced their contract period to just 3 months and their setup fee to $55. Fixed Wireless plans are month to month. At the moment, there is also a double data bonus on some plans. Check out their website. This RSP is hard to fault. Some even say it is boring because nothing ever goes wrong.

cially recommend this service to WA residents and businesses because of the local support. You will always speak with a knowledgeable local technician rather than with someone reading from a script in Manila, Sri Lanka or South Africa.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Been with them just over 12 months. My experience.
I started using this ISP early last year. At the time I signed up I had a tech hitch but their excellent support had me up and running after a phone call.
Since then, my Fibre to the Node connection has been always full speed at any time of the day or night. The best bit however is the stability. It never goes down. As I understand it they use AAPT's business network for home customers and I suspect this is why the connect is rock solid.
It is hard for me to talk about their support as I simply have not needed it. I did contact them vi...Read more

Excellent Customer Service and Great Speeds so far
After a disappointing experience with another provider, Future Broadband (FBB) supported my efforts with the NBN to solve my connection establishment issues and patiently answered my questions on their services. They sent out my NCD promptly and provided updates throughout the process, via webchat and phone.
Connection has been a dream so far, averaging 97megs downstream and 35 upstream on a 100/40 product.
These guys have been superb so far - I would strongly recommend their NBN services to anyone.

Future Broadband are great!
I am quadriplegic (therefore permanently confined to a powered wheelchair) living on the Sunshine Coast in Qld. I rely on smart and assistive technologies to be able to do some things for myself. I am someone who will pay a bit more for a quality, reliable, client focused, client responsive service. I have been with Future Broadband for two weeks and it has been a very good experience. I had been following Future Broadband on Whirlpool for six months. As soon as the NBN became available I signed up with Future Broadband because they are on-the-ball and responsive. I will always pay more for a great, reliable, quality service.

Rock solid reliable business grade service for Home and SOHO users
Brilliant speeds, reliable connectivity, highly trained Australian based staff.
Perhaps the only ISP in Australia offering a genuine business grade service to home and small business users at such a good price.
There is a lot of truth to the saying you get what you pay for, in this case I would say you are actually getting more than what you are paying for.
If you want an extremely high quality nbn connection and good support this is the company to go for.

Best decision ever made
After years of using budgets provided to get the most bang for my buck, My patience was tested with another budget provider not listening when i was explaining my issues.
I spoke to the team at Future Broadband, and got them to sign me up, within 90 minutes of the request I was online, and the speeds and access have been first class.
Id advise anyone who is sick of the frustrations of budget providers, but doesn't like the idea of going with the large mainstream providers, to give Future Broadband a go. You wont regret it

High speed, reliable service (from FutureBB)
We switched more than a month ago from Telstra cable (115 DL/5 UL) to NBN-HFC with Future Broadband as provider. We selected the 100 DL/40 UL offering and 1.25TB monthly data usage. The decision seems to be a good one based on the consistent DL/UL speeds we achieve and the service from FutureBB.
A week after the switch, we experienced daily brief nuisance outages for more than a week. This was a NBN issue, but FutureBB responded the day we notified them. They soon confirmed their system also identified the outage, and had NBN out a few days la...Read more
ter. Long story, but outages completely stopped 36 hours BEFORE NBN techs arrived and couldn't identify any problem. The point here is that FutureBB excelled in their role on this matter. But what really counts in the long run is how fast and consistently the service provider's backhaul performs. FutureBB apparently uses AAPT business grade. Speedtest results are consistently between 92-95 Mpbs and uploads are 35-38 Mpbs throughout the day and evenings. These speeds are to/from Perth servers of Telstra and Node1 with ethernet cable from computer to router. Download speeds to/from other Perth servers (Vocus, Vodafone, AARNet, etc) are about 5 points slower but upload speeds are about the same as Telstra/Node1. Testing through an old Airport wifi router hooked up to a powerline on the upper floor of our brick house consistently yields speeds above 90 mbps down and mid-30s up. Overseas speeds are more varied, of course. But here are download speeds from Speedtest's servers in Los Angeles (70mbps), Amsterdam (64mbps), and Toronto (74mbps), tested late night midweek in Perth when these cities are midday or early evening. Upload speeds to these overseas sites are horrible at between 2-5 mbps.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

High performance business grade internet and support
Followed Future Broadband for a number of months before churning across from Telstra back in December 2018. Was impressed with customers reviews and feedback on Whirlpool thread, and excellent support from the owner Jason and his team, that I decided to make the move. Since day one have yet to experience any congestion, dropouts or outages.
Performance, cost and support provided has been of the highest order - this is a business grade service offered at residential pricing, and it shows. This service suits the likes of myself running a busin...Read more

Can't find any fault with the service or the offering.
My connection has been 100% rock-solid since the day I churned across. I haven't noticed _any_ downtime at all.
Speeds are awesome. I was receiving approx half speed to a distant service, however after it was all checked (I did some checking on my end, too) it was obvious that the issue lay beyond FBB's network. Even then they passed information upstream in an attempt to ameliorate.
Support response from FBB has been great - definitely no issues there.

Reliable, fast and geniune
I previously churned away from another ISP where I was having having throughput and dropout issues, as I am on FTTP I reasonably assumed the fault was the ISP. I gave them two months to attempt to resolve the issue to little reply.
After porting to Future things did go wrong, nevertheless Future took my technical knowledge and my story seriously (rather than reading a script) and resolved the issue with NBN by identifying a faulty NTD, solved within a week. Little chance other ISPs would be able to get a similar resolution in any way near at t...Read more

Great Value - WOW @ Speeds!
Having been a Skymesh customer for over two years, the quality of the connection went down hill when the British got their hands on part of the company. I was in the market for a new provider and Future Broadband was discovered via the Whirlpool forums. Having read reviews (which were all good reviews), I went a head and gave this new broadband provider a go.
Future Broadband do provide a great connection, the pings are very low and the speeds are consistent! I wish I changed providers soon! A++++!

Reliable Perth-based RSP using business-grade network.
Although this Perth-based RSP is still young, it has already acquired hundreds of happy customers, both business and residential, who are enjoying a reliable connection on the AAPT business-grade network FBB are using. Prices are competitive, particularly when you take into consideration that you get a static IP included as well as a free PAYG VoIP line with a phone number.
I have been a customer since early September 2018. So far, our connection has been totally reliable without a single dropout. By all accounts, the Perth-based customer serv...Read more

Very reliable and fast, a RSP that has a firm focus on quality of connection.
I have been with Future Broadband for 3 months, and the performance has been as described on Whirlpool when I signed up. That being a business grade connection on my NBN Fixed Wireless, routed using IPoE with static IP (lucky to be on non congested tower) and having very generous data allowance.
Future Broadband do require 12 month contract and setup fee, but if you want a connection with maximum uptime and business quality features at a residential level then the setup fee is worth it.
For comparison I have been with SkyMesh, Mungi and Aussi...Read more

Excellent Provider in both FTTN NBN product and service
This is my second NBN provider. The first was excellent at the start but when sold on it was obvious that they reduced their CVC purchases which caused congestion. They also weren’t willing to go the extra mile to resolve an ongoing line sync issue.
Future Broadband has provided exactly what they state ... a business quality NBN connection with business grade backhaul. I’ve never experienced congestion that I could notice. Download speed even internationally are some of the fastest I’ve seen.
What is most satisfying is that they were wi...Read more
lling to go the extra mile with NBN and now my line sync issue has been resolved. Two months into my time with them ... almost a year from when first brought to the attention of my original NBN provider. An extra bonus was my local, ping dropped to the lowest ever at a paltry 5 ms which on FTTN is very fast. There’s a joke that goes around Future Broadband customers which is “they’re boring” ... in that the service they provide just works and you stop noticing it because it just does what it is supposed to do. I also appreciate I get a static IP for free and an IPOE connection versus a PPPOE. An excellent provider. Can’t see a reason to ever leave at this stage. I also appreaciate the local customer service and the first name basis that the staff approach their customers with.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Boringly excellent :-)
Wagga NSW FTTP. Applied in the morning and was connected later that day to an unused UNI-D port on the NTD.
Connection has been boringly excellent for the last 6 weeks compared with the previous Vocus RSP which suffered from frequent dropouts.
Local Australian customer service and support has been exceptional.

It's Solid
Good quality connection, I've had zero drop outs in over a month and have had no buffering as I stream HD videos from random sites.
My whole household is running on a wireless router and at times I would think it's my WIFI... Turns out my previous providers were just not up to par and was a $$$ milking company.
Normally for kick starter companies they'd be like "oh its alright to screw up a few times as we're new and trying to get things up and running" whereas FBB focuses more on "Provide solid connection, worry about other things later...Read more
". Even my usage meter to this day still shows 0GB and I can't even change my payment method without contacting them... But if the internet works 24/7 without issues, can't really hold it against them. You would try to find something to complain about but there's nothing to complain about! It works!Similar opinion? Can't fault this ISP
I have been with them now for just on 4 weeks and it has been flawless internet. I was a little hesitant at first as it isn't the cheapest around but now I have no regrets as they indeed do provide what they promise to.
Support which is based in Australia was good. Very helpful and responsive as I did have a glitch during the transfer. Instructions provided were easy to follow.
Speeds have been excellent any time of the day including in peak times. Overseas speeds are also very good. I have no trouble streaming from ESPN, Foxtel or Netflix.
This seems like a ISP that does everything well. Highly recommend.

Questions & Answers
George Lasked
I am currently with Aussie Broadband for both NBN wireless service and 2 x phone services. I live at 17 Monet Drive, Montecollum NSW. Can I swap over to you as my ISP, because I am becoming very disenchanted with Aussie Broadband’s service? If so, what’s the first step?
1 answer
I'm just a customer but I would head on over to the website, choose the plan you would like to go with and follow the links. They have a chat feature on the website if you have any questions. I've only used it once but the response was immediate. Good luck with it.

Who can give me feedback on an NBN wireless 25/5 connection?

Jason M.Future Broadband
Hi Allison,
Our Future Broadband NBN Fixed Wireless services are connected to the same great network and have the same great features as our Fixed Line services.
That is a Static IP Address, Plenty of CVC for the peaktimes, and great connectivity on the AAPT Wholesale Business IP Network.
