Being in the building industry myself I was fussy as to which companies we would even get quotes from for the construction of our new home. We picked the right one!
Sure we had a couple of small issues along the way however those were rectified very quickly with no dispute or questioning and the entire process was managed well. The end result is a great home.

Top marks for onsite management, work flow, deadlines met and general admin process with GJ. Sales process exceptional. Overall a very cohesive experience. And a mostly excellent end result in terms of a quality home, (despite big markup profit margins)...except, don't expect a Custom Build!

Another Builder, who we've built with twice before, let us down. GJ Gardner Gold Coast South was the only builder willing to pull up all the stops and see us in our new house within 26 weeks. We chose GJ Gardner Gold Coast South on a recommendation from a friend.
We had certain things we wanted in our home that was hard for them to source ( like tiles) but they made sure they got them for us. Our site supervisor Chris was bloody amazing.
Living in Sydney and building on the GC was challenging but Chris made himself available on weekends to meet with us. Darren the owner of the business also met us on site on a weekend. To us this showed true integrity and great customer service.

Post construction maintenance and repair zero - infant builder told me that the last visit any other issue that arise am on my own. So much fo Gj Gardener "builders guarantee" or does each contracted builder come up with there own rules that are not part Gj Gardner ?? From the initial contact with Stuart to hand over was such a positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Changes I wanted in the design and the signing of my contract were done from 3,000kms away, GJ Gardner Shoalhaven were so accommodating to what was an unusual circumstance that the distance meant nothing.
