I don't know why you are asking me this question. Speak to the company you bought it from.

You need to make sure that the first lid is clicked In properly or it won’t spin. If that’s not the problem you will have to contact the manufacturer

New machine. Done a few loads now spinner has stopped. Anyone had similar issues?

Make sure the lid of the spinner is properly down. My machine fell over during transit and something broke in the spin lid. Now I have to put something heavy on top of the spin lid or press down on it to keep it closed or the spin cycle automatically switches off. If that doesn't work, I'd be asking the manufacturer. It may be a warranty claim.

I'm now concerned that these machines are faulty and will be reporting this to Australian Office and Consumer and Business seeking investigation into product and full refund .
If they are using UNSATISFACTORY /cheap parts as their belts at least include a spare in the box ...

want to use this in apartment, does this have the option to manual fill the machine? and like the rinse cycle is that manual as well ? I just want to know more details on how it works that's all before buying it and hopefully its not noisy.

The only way to fill the machine is manually. There is nothing automatic. You have to manually switch between wash and drain, manually turn the water tap on/off to fill, and to do a rinse cycle (which I don't do), you'd have to manually drain the machine (it's a switch) and then refill manually with clean water. And it's quite noisy, particularly the spin cycle.

Can you wash and spin dry quilts, blankets?

Maybe single size blankets? I wash and spin king sized sheets, which fit fine, but I have to spin them one at a time. The spinner only takes 2.5kg, so I don't think they would fit quilts.

Yes you can depending on the size of your washing machine and dryer but always do them one at a time
