I spent about 3 hours mucking around connecting Smart TV, CD (old player), Playstation and fetch box and was over it. I remember Geeks2U and made the call. Best call ever. Great service from the phone to the geek arriving :-) Friendly service. Both staff certainly knew what they were talking about and doing.

IT help second to none!

I had a list of several issues that required both technical attention and advice. Robby was knowledgeable but patient in making sure that I understood what he was doing and why. I had a number of questions which Robby was able to address. His advice about how to best using the various facilities of my devices was VERY helpful. Robbie was friendly and courteous and allowed me to relax. Given my hesitancy re more complex technology, this was quite a feat! Thanks

Excellent Customer Service over phone and in person. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and down to earth. He could also speak in layman's terms. Problem fixed quickly. Getting someone the same day really reduced my stress level. The fee seems pretty fair.

Anders recommended a "power line" adapter to allow my old Computer to connect to the new NBN Modum. I bought one, connected it and it is working perfectly. He also cleaned and sped-up the computer. It now is working like a new one.
