I had a number of questions which Robby was able to address. His advice about how to best using the various facilities of my devices was VERY helpful. Excellent Customer Service over phone and in person. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and down to earth. He could also speak in layman's terms. Problem fixed quickly. Getting someone the same day really reduced my stress level. The fee seems pretty fair.

Anders recommended a "power line" adapter to allow my old Computer to connect to the new NBN Modum. I bought one, connected it and it is working perfectly. He also cleaned and sped-up the computer. It now is working like a new one.
