6 months interest free is fine, but the annual fee is a total scam and feels as such. A fee should occur upfront or if considered 'annual' should occur AFTER a year if the balance hasnt been paid back. SCAM.

Free 6 months intrest free is good. I hope I could have get some offer like first year free. Their service is great and support available events after business hours.

The interest free for six months is great, but don't let this card fool you. If you reduce your credit limit, you can't increase for 12 months . You can't balance transfer, there is a $100 annual fee, and the international fees are insane. You are better off going with a bank or other institution where the T&Cs are upfront and you are in control of your own limit. They also give incorrect advice through the customer service portal. 5 years with this card and received no help from customer service.

Good experience and easy purchase . Quick approval of the application. My experience was geat and helped me to purchase what I need.I recomend this .

The ease of use and amazing amount of retail outlets that provide interest free options is awesome and convenient - good job!!! It certainly assisted me in helping my daughter furnish her apartment that she recently bought. It means that I was not put under financial stress to cash flow her from my pocket, thus draining my own resources.

The card was easy to apply for and quick approval
When i called customer service to ask a few questions the staff were lovely and answered
My only issue was the more then doubled my card limit that I requested which was disappointing

Got furniture from Amart & got Gem Visa as the credit card company, my husband has used this company before & never had any issues. Keeping it for sure after the repayments are made as we both love the company, they answer quick &, although we just received it, we plan to use it again once some repayments go down.

Team member was bubbly and engaging .. Helped with my queries no hassles .The only thing I had troubles with, was my birthday was entered incorrectly when I applied for my card, which caused that I couldn’t activate my card . However the gentleman on the chat was very helpful as well .Haven’t used my card over seas .

The application process was easy and fast. You then can use your account number for purchases immediately even before your card actually arrives. Makes shopping and life much easier. Not to mention the interest free period on purchase. Winning

When I originally signed up there was no mention by staff that they is a $99 annual fee every year whilst you are under contract.
I do feel this needed to be mentioned regardless whether I chose to purchase items at the point of sale. This was not the case!
Whilst this had occurred I do feel the staff did their upmost to meet my needs and their customer service are great.
I do hope in future they do mention this as I think it is vital information that needs to be considered irrespective of anyone’s circumstance

i did not use the card overseas. it is my first time to use this card. i will use the card overseas whenever i travel next time. and hope i will not find any trouble with it.

I have previously purchased a $5000 imac fully customied with latitude. Repayments were really affordable with interest free! Paid it off way before end date.

This time, i bought a fully installed split system aircon including install. Was really easy to organise finance in store at 8.30pm on a thursday night and got approval there and then.

Its been about 3 months and again paid if off way earlier then required.

No early payout fees makes this really attractive and will keep my card active for future purchases!

It give great opportunity to catch up with your needs as well as convenient repayment options, everything about it is perfect, nowhere else would be such an easy application and reasonable cost

Found the laptop, Needed to purchase but not make a payment in one lumpsum. Was offered this process, had no hassles in the application. It was a fast, easy process and very helpful customer service.

Needed a new motorcycle helmet rather urgently. Found one that fit, and bought it. It was that easy. No hassles at all. Just gotta keep regular repayments up and I won't have any dramas.

I been more two year make payment but every months find extra charge. Interest up to 29% if you using you card for any thing nothing on deal. I think it's worse company for interest free in Australia.
