I have not been able to activate the card or make payments as the Visa has not arrived as yet. I was sent the email to register and to notify this would be sent i the mail approx 4 weeks ago but nothing has been received.

The cycle industry needs this! Bikes are really expensive now, so a low interest or interest free would get lots of interest! Pardon the pun!

I have been asking to cancel my card for 2-3 weeks now & no one replies to FB msgs or emails or answers the phone. Really poor customer service. Extremely Disappointed.

They offer 6 months interest free for $250 above but it will ripped you off for late payment fee. They should be considerare if its a long weekend. Even for first time.

In the app it's great to see how much you owe to how much time you have left to pay it off. I love it.. I made my payments well before time thanks to the app. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would like to know can I use the credit card on normal purchases on items over 500 and get the same 6m interest free. As i would buy more items for about the house

Impossible to close your account. You have to trick them into talking to you to do so. The app is very limited to use. If you accidently give them too much money, they will not talk to you about transfering it back, even if thats what needs to be done to close your account.

Terrible and hard to close account even after you've paid. Kept calling even though I'd finished, very hard to deal with. Be very careful they don't charge interest afrer you've finished paying, BEWARE

Product disclosure was insufficient. I was uninformed of other benefits and by the time I was made aware, it was too late. Quite disappointing. Happy to have used the card though.

Turns out that monthly minimum fee of 76.70 x 50 is $1,151 more than the purchase price of $2,684. And this is also excluding the annual fee of $90 + interest.

Easy to download the access Latitude's. It was very convenient and hassle free especially because we were able to purchase our tv with its 4 year warranty thu online app

Purchased items on 50 months interest free which doesn't expire until Feb 2021.
Made a couple of purchases about 6 months later, put our repayments up to cover the extra balance, they did not take the extra payments off the later purchases! Just took the whole lot off the original purchase which is paid now (12 months early) and are now charging us interest because the later purchases were only 6 and 12 months interest free.

I would like to close my account/ cancel my gem visa however the phone lines are currently closed for help. I also cannot locate my account number in order to process account closure via the app.

It helps a lot to when you buy big. It has given me a period of time to repay which will help in future to maintain my own financial position.

I applied for a loan, they keep asking documents after documents and after I sent all the requested documents they keep requesting different type of documents.They do not care about their customers and most of the staff who answer the phone can’t even speak English.Application process is so slow and terrible so cancelled my application.Stay away go somewhere else.

Nope, I did not travel overseas yet from the date of card issued so I did not get a chance to avail the credit card to make any international transactions

Acquired card Locally and used same experience was quick and easy I'm a very satisfied Customers thus far thank you. I will be using at a later date as required.

Latitude Gem Visa card is a super easy way to make purchases interest free! I have had my card for a few years now and never had a problem! Also lots of different interest free options at so many retailers!
