Absolutely terrible customer service!
My items arrived unbelievably late and no sympathy or compensation was given.
The customer service was terrible and condescending.
There are no returns either so they will only credit you to purchase again.
Won’t be ordering again.

een done, due to me washing it, it could have happened during washing? Im just baffled at that response, so even if it did happen whilst washing it, I can’t return an item that only lasted one wear out of it? I was offered a repair. I did not want it repaired as clearly it is terrible quality! Safe to say that due to this experience I won’t be coming back.

Worst returns policy, faulty, poor quality goods.
Their site looks great and their goods come out in reasonable time. The dresses are cute online but what arrives looks like a Wish Fail. Have trouble with sizing? Too bad. If you purchased a dress from their ever rolling sale. No returns. No exchange. Also. Don't wash their goods. I purchased 3 dresses. All 3 shrank and faded to look tatty.

Ridiculous return policy
It’s a wonder they have any customers - their return policy is ridiculous, even just to exchange. I will never buy from them again. I’ll be sure to spread the word.

I bought a dress from Get Frocked online to wear for Christmas, when it arrived it wouldn't 'house' my girls comfortably as it had no stretch. I was a bit wary about the returns/exchange process as it seemed so particular BUT I followed their requests and received my larger size in good time for Christmas. Nicole was extremely professional and helpful - so thank you!

Horrible experience and rude service
I brought a faulty item and they still would not provide a refund despite the stitching all coming undone (I tried to return 3 days after it being faulty) And noticed the same product on the floor also which had the same issue.

Ghastly fabric and terrible returns policy
Received 3 items. All terrible quality. The fabric is ghastly. Prices about 5 times what they're worth. Terrible cut. Even the harmless duster is awful and would sweat all summer.

Worst Australian run fashion site
Quality of fabric for the price is not really acceptable compared with most Australian online fashion sites. Saying no returns or refunds on fit or faulty products isn't ok. I recieved faulty product and had to pay for return to them and pay again for a replacement jumpsuit to be sent back to me. I never heard of this before, i mean $35 for all the back and forward and they except none of that.

Worse online shopping experience!
Worse online dress store available! Not only did my dress‘s not arrive it took 32 days for them to reply to me and was only offered a store credit! I don’t want to deal with this company again and am stuck with a $160 store credit for a store that doesn’t respond or send products! Have ordered another dress and am up to days 17 with no word apart from emails saying it’s shipped and again no response from owner!

Awful Customer Service
Sizing of clothing is not correct..... very hit & miss
And honestly when they start their reply email with “hello lovely” I knew the sincerity & professional attitude of this company was questionable. Dress size was supposed to be XL I’m a standard 16 & it fitted my daughter who is a size 12. Would not refund or give credit.

NOT a great experience.
Awful returns and exchange policies. Will not be returning. The dress I purchased was miles to short.. after contacting Get Frocked the day I received it (2 weeks after purchased), they said that because I purchased during a sale, it could not be exchanged.

Worst online shopping experience
I purchased a dress that arrived two weeks after the event I purchased it for. When it arrived it was two sizes smaller than the size guide showed. I returned my dress for another and they didn’t collect my parcel from post office for two weeks. No emails, no responses, no communication. Finally was offered a credit which was insufficient due to the amount I had lost on postage. Replacement dress arrived with uncut threads and unfinished edges. All this took months. Disgusted.

Item does not look like advertised image
I purchased 2 dresses and a jumpsuit online, i found the quality of fabric and design were highly priced for what I actually received.
One of the dresses were not the same colour as advertised online, the image online was a lighter lilac shade and the dress is actually a bright purple - nothing like the image. Tried to get a refund or store credit but as I purchased it on Boxing Day sales I was told I was not entitled to any refund, exchange or store credit. I would never buy from this site again.

So many to choose from, what a problem to have. My only issue is when I return for another size it's $20+ extra for the item. Occasionally their sizes are not true. I always buy small, just exchanged a dress for a medium and that is slightly too small. Hopefully one of my daughters will wear it.

Dishonest
I sent an email to Get Frocked asking whether they could express post my order as I was going overseas in one week. I received a response saying if I ordered that day, it would be sent by express post that day. I ordered on Monday morning and sent an email to confirm my order. My order did not arrive by the Friday morning I was flying overseas. I would not have made the order if they had only been honest that they could not meet my delivery requirements. Do not use these people. Salty Crush has a better range and much better customer service.

Absolutely Love this store and the beautiful unique clothing they sell. I recently shopped at their Shellharbour store and the girl on was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be shopping here again.

Love this shop!!
I order from the Get Frocked website all the time and just adore the clothing. They’ve always been incredibly helpful with all my enquiries and go above and beyond when I’ve needed assistance. They even went as far as to phone me the first time I ordered as there was an issue with my address, I had entered the wrong post code and they wanted to double check the correct post code.

Hiya, I ordered nearly $200 worth of clothes from Get Frocked two weeks ago and it hadn't arrived. I also haven't had an email to say it's been dispatched, which is says I should receive. I've emailed twice and Facebook messaged and no response and there is no contact number. I'm getting a bit concerned now. The website states they post within 1-2 working days. Any experience of this anyone? Thanks

Their customer service is terrible! I'd try a couple more times to get in contact and keep a record. If you still don't hear from them contact Fair Trading and they will be able to get in contact and help you. Get frocked ignored my emails and blocked me on Facebook for trying to get in contact about 1 order but everything was eventually resolved when Fair Trading got involved.
On a side note if you like their product they are stockists for Jasse so next time you might find another company to order from, hopefully with better customer service.

I only had this issue when I first ever ordered from them but they responded pretty quickly. I've ordered about 4 times since but this time round the quality was horrible and I've emailed so many times but haven't got a response. Their services and communication has gone down th toilet.
I have read of a few people not receiving parcels for ages before.
Hope they arrive soon!
You will probably have to write the $200 off. They are pathetic. Never deal with them again and let everyone you know about their fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
