Great help and assistance from Customer Service

I didn’t realise I sent back a clearance item that would result in me not getting my money back. In the end Sofia went out of her way to help me and make my experience of shopping with Gingham and Heels amazing. She sent me a skirt in replacement of my first purchase which was greatly appreciated and only took two days to get to me.
She was fantastic to communicate with and made my not so good experience at first turn into a positive in the end. Thank you.

Their credit notes only have a 6mth time on them . I don't think this is enough time limit if you don't find something you like in that time . very poor and should be at least a 12mth expiry

Sneaky Return Policy

I had to return a couple dresses I purchased for my wedding (that was cancelled due to corona virus travel restrictions) and found as I was submitting for a refund that they only offer store credit. This is NOT called out on their normal website, but only on a form once you go to submit for a return. This feels very unethical and sneaky and is not a business I want to support.

I love gingham and heels especially the Australian Jaase brand of dresses they stock, I have purchased 12 so far over the last few years, in addition the accessories, belts and hats are of great quality!
By far the customer service, especially from Sofia is second to none! Free returns, quick delivery and great quality, what’s not to love.

Terrible dress was nothing like it looks online and no response from them after taking their survey.
All they will do is give a credit note (very sneaky being a online business) One very disappointed customer.

I buy online because I live in a semi rural area. I paid $79.00 for a lovely dress which I ordered in medium . I am normally a Small to Medium. The size was more like a size 8. I sent it back straight away and asked for a Large. I was told to go online and use the voucher which I did however the large was out of stock. As the dress I wanted was out of stock I asked for my money back . I haven't heard from them since. I normally buy online with Myer because their customer service is terrific. How disappointing, I will have to consider my options in getting my money back. It is against the goods and services act to keep someones money without providing the goods. Its basically theft. Very disappointing but I intend to follow it through.

So disappointed in G&H. Do not purchase from this store!
For an online online purchase they do not refund.
This is against consumer law.
It is impossible to confidently purchase online when all you have is a very photoshopped, possibly deceptive image. The consumer cant feel the fabric, see the quality or size/shape or try on the product. The dresses are completely see through and ridiculously too short to the point where they cant be worn in public, maybe to the beach only.
The 2 dresses I purchased arrived totally different as described online. I was given a credit note but theres nothing I want and nothing in my size available
For an online only platform its ridiculous to only offer credit notes.

No Refund

I was so upset to learn upon having to return a dress that did not fit correctly that this is considered a change of mind and only a credit note was offered. I was also advised perhaps an I store credit note might be better (knowing I am in Canberra and they are not)

I thought this was a store that understood that not all womens bodies are the same.

This is against online consumer rights and I will be following this up.

Ordered 2 maxi skirts. I was worried about the length being that I’m 5ft 9 & sometimes ‘maxi’ can end up ‘midi.’
Skirts turned up within the week & im so happy with the quality. They were exactly what I’d been hoping to get in re to length, sizing, quality, colour, fabric etc. I’ve got no complaints & would definelty recommend

Bought a dress and did not like it on so Returned item with tags on and never worn for a refund but got a credit. Will not shop here again. Did not want a credit.

Miranda store service

Firstly, online store is fantastic! Great service. The girls at the miranda store are ridiculous! 6.2.19 they are so fake and unhelpful and can barely hide their disinterest in customer service. One of them could barely speak and say the word warringah because of her over inflated trout pout! The other just as bad, they were only interested in talking gibberish with eachother. I didnt appreciate the judgementntal blank states with fake boobs in my face.... come on gingham and heels is that the best u can do staff wise?? Miranda staff are a liability, other customers were eyerolling the um... service skills of your employees.

Great dress

I never even knew this shop existed till I spotted it in Robina while I was on holiday in QLD. A great brand, great designs. If I had enough money I would have probably bought everything I tried. The shop assistant was very kind and patient, and tried her best to be always around me trying every possible dress that I wanted to try. Great designs, great quality fabrics. Purchased a dress that in my opinion is the most perfect dress I have ever tried. When I googled the brand I was surprised that one shop is near where I live and I wonder how comes I have never ever spotted it?! Thank you !

One wash and it shrunk by 4 inches

Bought a wrap around dress. Put a small dart in the back of the dress in the bust area as it was too baggy in that area. Wore it once. Washed it as per care instructions. And it had shrunken by 4 inches! Took back to the shop where I purchased and they referred me to the GM. GM refused to speak to me instead had someone else tell me that because I had altered the dress that they wouldn’t do anything about it. One wear only, for $80 is highway robbery. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN FAULTY PRODUCT.

I purchased a dress and it was badly made the seams don't line up between the top and bottom
No refund only cr offered and i don't want any if this poor quality stuff

Finally...an online shop that lives up to its promises, dresses arrived and they were beautiful, true to the pictures, excellent quality material and design. Loved how fast it arrived, two days after order, really appreciated the almost daily updates that they sent via txt and email.
100% recommend, in fact jumping online now to make more purchases! Thank you and keep it up!
