We would like to thank GJ Gardner Homes Riverland for building our new home. From the very beginning of a dream to the beautiful reality; all of the team helped us in a professional and caring manner. The build was managed very well and we feel we were involved every step of the way. We were always given indication of when things would be happening next in the process. We had a unique situation with our land subdivision which GJ helped a lot to have it moving forward. We had to wait for our slab for a little longer than we hoped and there were a few hold ups at the beginning of the build but we were in a hurry due to the pending birth of our first born, otherwise the customer care was second to none. Helen in the front office was absolutely incredible, she helped to ease my mind on a daily with any concerns. I can't explain enough how amazing she was to deal with. Sam was extremely helpful throughout the build process and we felt lucky to have his ongoing care. If I built again I would not hesitate to choose GJ once more. Amber

Right from the start of the process with planning the build through to the hand over the GJ Gardner team were great. The home we have is just what we envisaged.

Build was well managed and we were updated regularly along the way.
We had a couple of design variations which were met with ease.
Workmanship was overall pretty good, some of the bricks quality wasn't great but was worked around with placement etc. Some of the trades were a bit messy and we had issues with having to clean up their rubbish and with some smoking on site and leaving dirty butts throughout the house, however, this was stopped as soon as we mentioned it to build supervisor.
Staff were always friendly and any enquiry was dealt with professionally and no question was too big or to small.

The customer service we received from the team at GJ Gardner Riverland was fantastic. From our first online enquiry right through to handover and it is still ongoing 4 months later. Particularly, Glen, Shane and Helen. Also, the contractors were all pleasant and respectful of our site. We are very pleased with our new home, love every detail. Quality of build from initial designing stage through to completion was brilliant! As a first home buyer/builder I knew as close to nothing as is possible about the process and received great support from the whole team.
Quality of the finish was brilliant with only a few minor concerns addressed at the 3 month review. Final finish was better than expected and the team worked to deliver my home within the time frame I had set.
Cant wait to build again!
