I have been in my home for 3 months now and its perfect, the team at Bacchus Marsh were all fantastic to deal with, letting me customise my home as much as i wanted to suit my lifestyle yet without the ridiculous price tag other custom builders charge.
I was kept updated throughout the build at all times and it was completed ahead of schedule, very happy with the customer service from the team who actually care about me and my new home.
It was such a fun & enjoyable experience, i am so glad i chose GJ Bacchus Marsh, I would only ever build with GJ Gardner in the future and will be recommending them to all my family & friends.

The quality of the build was fantastic, no problems at all. A special shout out to the bricklayer for the cleanest job I have seen. All the trades were very clean and tidy. From my first visit in the office to design my home I felt welcome and listened to. Thank you to all staff at Bacchus Marsh GJ Gardner Homes for a great building experience. A special shout out to my building supervisor who put in many extra hours to make sure my home was completed on time and to the director who put up with my indecisiveness!! Nothing was too much to ask. Happy with all finishes and the quality of work from all tradesmen used throughout.

Unprofessional and rude. They did not take responsibility for a number of issues in our build, a lot that still remain unresolved. They took what should of been an enjoyable experience and turned it into a stressful one. Threats to us when we stand up for what we are entitled to.
If we had of known what we were entering into we would never had built through them.

After researching thoroughly and multiple appointments with various builders I picked GJ Gardiner with high expectations. I am very happy to say I wasn’t let down. Having to work with a sloped block and very tight budget the team at GJ Bacchus Marsh were very helpful & patient. The staff were really very easy and pleasant to deal with during our build. All of the tradesmen provided a high quality finish with the slight exception of the painters who are scheduled to complete some upcoming maintenance works. we have been in the house for 9 month now and can not fault the build quality. It was a stress free build and they delivered on everything they said. they had no problem with the changes we had to the basic design as well as some good ideas for the changes All in all it was a good experience
