Gleamous DSL - 30N
Complete rubbish not worth buying.
Worked okay for about 7 months then stopped working rang Gleamous in regards to my warranty got a complete run around saying we get back to you later never rang me back every time I rang them it was the same old story. Gleamous have no intention of being true to their warranty. Common crooks.

Lack of support by Gleamous for their product
Ordered a DSL30N from Gleamnous and took delivery on 20 June 2013 and had it installed on 26 June. Unit failed completely about 3 months later and would not switch on. Gleamous guaranteed under warranty the unit for two years. I have spent the last three weeks attempting to have the unit replaced under the warranty. On each contact I am given assurances of action pending but nothing happens. Company employees whom I have spoken to are Saffron (reception) and Shannon whom I believe to be the manager. They are experts in stonewalling and giving lip service.
Great when it was working
Company is not a reputable one.

Stan, eventually got the unit replaced with new. But only after Bunnings special orders desk entered the issue.

i agree on the pathetic support as well. The guy i spoke to is Nick and gave assurances that i will be called but no one did. Did you manage to get it fixed then?
