Delivery was pleasantly quick. The performance of the trimmer is very disappointing. The concept is good, but the power is so weak, that it stops every few seconds. It is incapable of doing any useful work.

the publicity talks about allowing up to 28 days for delivery when i rang on the 28th day I was told it would be another 7 days a least due to high demand. It would have been nice to be informed about this.

I just received 2 pairs of the MY FIT JEANS after a very long wait after purchasing from GSD.. Delivery is way too slow!! I am a standard size 14, everything I buy is a 14 and I thought after watching a Video about these Jeans that I would have a little extra room if needed since they state they fit upto a size 16.. I am sooooo disappointed as I can get them on but just cannot do them up as they are too small.. I am NOT a size 18 and up but this is the sizing I would need in these Jeans.. After such a long wait for them to arrive I am not going to even bother and waste my time trying to send them back but gift them to someone I know they will fit.. I am very disappointed that the Australian sizing is way off..

Absolute rubbish. and like everyone else it's not until after you order you find out it takes the a month(s) to actually get around to bother sending it. word word word

I will never use this service again. The after sales service is garbage and dispatch time of products is 28 days. Buy ANYWHERE else and save yourself headaches.
Call centre will lie to you and tell you they are located within Australia, no customer service notification if a product you buy is out of stock and on back order and around a 2 hour wait time on their ridiculous call centre wait times.

I purchased a number of items from Global Shop Direct on 23/10/2019 via telephone with the advice that supply would occur between 10 days- maximum 4 weeks. Approx. 10 days ago I called customer service as I had not yet received the items and requested they advise me if there would be any further delay. I never heard anything back so I sent an email and then today (2/12/2019) tried calling again only to be advised that a number of items are unavailable until late January. Appalling and deceptive customer service - be careful in ordering as they appear to be over committed. I will never purchase from them again.

Wont be buying from GSD again, ordered items on 7th. Oct only just received it (29th Nov) and item faulty. Sent emails to check where order was told supply problems.

GSD's slow response to sending goods purchased is poor. After placing an order, it takes mostly 4 weeks before the goods arrive, yet they take money straight away. Communication between GSD & client isn't great either to explain why goods are so slow to be sent. Seriously thinking of discontinuing purchases in future from GSD.

Ordered three products and forgot to put coupon code on order for free delivery. Arrived yesterday charged 3 lots of postage and handling, all packed in one small box. Will never buy from this company again

I am quite disappointed at hoe SLOW they are to post/freight/send my product and how slow and vague they are in response to my communication with them. It was easy to order and very easy to pay but after that not so good at all. I have no idea about the quality of my purchase as I am yet to receive it.

I bought the trimmer for my Husband. I took it that when you buy a product you can buy any part that needs replacing. eg: zip ties.
I asked GSD if I could get them from them. NO, go to a hardware shop and buy normal cable ties.
The zip ties are very flimsy and brake easily. It's hard to put them on and you need 2. It takes longer to put them on, than the time it takes for them to brake.
If I knew all of this, I would never have bought the trimmer. My advice is DON'T BUY.

Recently purchased the Fast Sew hand sewing machine two for one offer. One was broken straight out of the box. The second one doesn't do what was advertised. The instructions are very vague and unclear. The quality of the product is poor. They are cheaply made rubbish. Couldn't return them as they were not opened till a birthday which was after the return policy. The product would get a zero if I could.

Have waited 21 days so far for crystal window cleaner. Was told up to 28 days but goods should be despatched fairly quickly. Can get deliveries from America
In 4 days so from chullora it should be over nite especially when your money has been taken. Will not use or recommend them again.

I bought set cost me 49$ they lost my phone number and my email address they send me to debt collection I bought a lot of products with global Shop but never expected. That from them . I will never make that mistake again .

Received Starlyf with a second free as promised. What an absolute have.......product does NOT work as shown on TV. In fact does not work at all. Absolute rubbish. Money wasted. Wouldn't bother even sending it back after reading other reviews.

Great received my order... but only one bag of Crystals arrived not good 6/10 looking forward to using this product as displayed on TV will review after I use it!!

Ordered 2 for 1 offer hand sewer $49.95. Next day find same hand sewer at Post Office for $19.95. I should have got 2 for the price of 1 @ $19.95

I brought the gotham steel smoke less grill it got returned with no problems because the adptor would not fit into the appliance when the replacement arrived the amount of force I used to insert the adaptor was ridiculous I thought it would break obviously a design fault no other problems
