I have ordered a few times now by calling direct. Absolutely no problems with condition of items or time taken for delivery. I will definitely be ordering with Global Shop Direct again.

brought 3 camera's at one stage or another they have all had to be returned now I have another I cant return without doing a video the camera is broken try and talk to them deaf ears do your home work there are better camera's out there don't get caught the faulty claims is worse

Purchased pillow pad. They deducted $49.95 from my account but I received no notification. They also stated they had no knowledge of my order even though I gave them the original order number. Never deal with company. Have alerted ANZ regarding Visa fraud.

Update: Slow to inform details of order

Previously stated on product review that no confirmation of my order had been sent even though the amount had been deducted from my account. After contacting them they have now sent me confirmation so all is now okay.

{8th August 2022} I placed an Order with Global Shop Direct by Phone and was assured 7-10 day Delivery.
When it had not arrived I contacted Global Shop Direct to ask where by Order was as I purchased it on the basis of the 7-10 day delivery as stated by the sales person, I was advised "and as much as called a LIAR" that I could not have been told that as all deliveries are 28 days PLUS, when I eventually received the product one was DAMAGED si I contacted GSD and they sent me a shipping Slip via email to sent it back for replacement, { I am still waiting-26th Sept 2022}, absolutely unacceptable and being reported to Dept Fair Trading and ACCC.

This blood pressure monitor is exactly what I ordered, it arrived in just 7 days. I used my $15 B'day voucher from Global Shop Direct. Thank you, very much appreciated.

have rang twice and told the same thing by both operators after waiting 4weeks for my order so i can't comment on the item quality maybe i will get back to this later maybe not loosing patiants

Wow I have never been so happy with a company. I ordered a stack it on the 22/08 and advised the consultant that I needed it by the 2/09 as it was a birthday present and I opened my door and there it was. I have bought a lot of products from global and have never had a problem with any of them. So thank you global shop for making a dear friend very happy.

Was told the product was in stock they gave me another date didn’t happen told that their delivery was late. Given another date once again the time passed and no delivery, rang up and was told it was on the way it did arrive, I was totally disappointed with Global direct and told them I would never deal with them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Promise free delivery for joining database first time you go on their site but that is does not happen. Spoke to Chat and they said you do not get free delivery for joining database even though that’s what they advertise. BEWARE

Relief Wrap.
Very disappointed in this product, you spend more time trying to untangle the inner sides than enjoying the comfort of it. The inner layer becomes very mangled while using it and after each use you have to dig inside of the cover to straighten out the inner layer.

Purchased stack it containers ! Absolute rubbish, 3 lids snapped on first use ! Waited 3 weeks for them, asked return them, wait again weeks for product ! Care factor for customer 0

I just opened a Hurricane spin scrubber, a present from my aging mother and found the adaptor to be missing. I phoned the hotline and asked if I could purchase a new adaptor. The lady's response was if I knew where it was purchased she would be able to send me an adaptor at no cost. I do not know where my mother purchased this and offered to pay for an adaptor, her response was no. I said this is stupid, she agreed. End of conversation

Product advertises as $69.95, free postage. Charged 79.95 x 2 (2 ordered), minus a discount coupon ($15) minus postage (9.95) total $134.90. 1 was not available so only 1 delivered and just $69.95 refunded. Should have been $79.95 refund as that is what was charged originally. Also calculate 1 @ 69.95 free post and handling (as advertised) minus $15 discount coupon = $54.95, paid $134.90 therefore refund is confirmed at $79.95. Called and emailed however the reply was not clear or business like almost broken English or as if written by a child. Cannot be bothered further for $10 and will not purchase again.

Check if the same item is available on eBay for a 8th or 10th of the price Global are offering to sell it to you for and save yourself a heap of $,s.

The worst product. Cheap plastic easily broken. Do NOT work. Dont waste money on inferior product. Dont fit properly. Inaccurate, falsely advertised. Would be Better to buy from Reject shop.

The shopping part was easy and the product was as had been advertised but the wait! I had to wait well over a month for the product to arrive. I had ordered many things form other companies at the same time and they arrived within a few days. I would not shop there if it was something I wanted quickly.
