My $20 referral credit disappeared without warning. didn’t even get a chance to use them, but wouldn’t even consider it now. Use another ride share app. Plenty of others available.

Please don't bother copy/pasting your "terms & conditions" text that you've replied to everyone else with.
Your support staff are incapable of actually doing anything. I hope that you do actually get around to removing my account, because I will absolutely 100% not be using your service ever, I'm sure the extra space created on your database server would be more beneficial than holding onto my user information considering I will never utilise your platform.

GoCatch has consistently been the most expensive way to hail a taxi. All their promotions are just smoke and mirrors trying to hide the fact that you end up paying more using the app. The recent bait and switch screw up is not helping their image either. They even had the audacity to email and CONGRATULATE me about the "free Rewards Membership", only to hide the message of "we're revoking your credit" in the end. First used GoCatch quite a few months ago and had to book a taxi rather than a rideshare as that's all that was available. Once I got to my destination the driver told me I had to pay him via cash or card, and was not able to pay via the app, even though that was the only reason I used it as I had a signup credit. Considering you'd be extremely lucky to find a rideshare car available on the app, it is essentially just a way to book a taxi that would cost even more than any other way of doing it. I have used Go Catch a number of times before but not again. I accidentally pre-booked a cab for the wrong time. Was charged $25 plus a cab fee on top of that. Queried this with customer service twice with no response back. Even cab drivers are charged over inflated fees when talking with them. Don't waste your time with this company rather use other alternatives like 13 Cabs.

I had used GoCatch before to the extent where I had earnt a $51 voucher. Last week I used GoCatch for a taxi that came to $42. Great I thought I saw my voucher balance reduced to $9, only to find that they charged my credit card $48.75 which was more than the actual cabfare. It turns out it was the estimate! To make things worse the support response was rude and dismissive saying that my credit card wasn’t charged. Will never use again.
Service was absolutely the worst. I booked my ride to go to the airport last week and they cancelled on me last minute and had no alternative so I ended up missing my flight. If you don't want this to happen to you, just don't use this service.
Customer service was even worse. The team rarely responds and I still haven't gotten my refund.
Nothing good about this company, they just want to take your money. Would recommend using uber instead cause at least their customer service is better.
Booked a pick-up via the app last Saturday night from Hurstville station. System told me that 5 drivers were being notified followed by a message advising a driver (name escapes me) was on his way to pick me up - ETA 10 minutes. 2 minutes later he cancelled the pick-up. So I reciprocated and cancelled the job. I then hopped into a cab situated no more than 50 metres from where I was standing during this whole occurrence. Why would you use a service that just shuts you off like that?

I see Gocatch has introduced advance booking minimum fares, for an ordinary taxi $40. This makes it uncompetitive with just advance booking a taxi directly as I live less than a $40 ride from the airport. You've lost my trade Gocatch!
This is, without question, the worst cab app experience I have ever had. Ever. Hands down. Firstly, I booked in typing my pickup address for a 4.15 am pickup. Somehow, overnight, this address was changed to some random address in another suburb. Good thing I checked. Had to cancel and rebook. Watch the minimum spend for advanced bookings. My $15 fare turned into $42 as minimum booking was for $40 no fine print here.
Complained to go catch opened a resolution with paypal am not happy being ripped off.
Set up yesterday. Booked economy for a 5 minute drive and charged $30. Would normally cost $7 - $10. Had no response and feel absolutely ripped off. Would not recommend !!

I booked an advance booking to the airport and 5 minutes before it was supposed to arrive the job still had not been assigned to a taxi. I cancelled it as i could not wait any longer without knowing if a taxi was on the way. I was then charged $10 for cancellation.
I then booked one directly through the app which arrived promptly. I paid for it by credit card at the other end, and when i got off my flight found go catch had charged me as well through paypal.

After downloading the app and verifying my account I tried to order a car which just came up with a try again button so I proceeded to try again multiple times when it came up with an insufficient funds message turns out every time I tried again they charged me $28.
If that wasn’t bad enough I contacted them and 10 hours later received a message saying that it will take 5-7 business days to go back into my account! When I said that it is unreasonable and that I would like an email stating that they have no right to the money so my bank could sort it out I received no message in return.
