An easy process to become registered and obtain your tag, and then you able to book in a vehicle on the website, (easy) and then go to the parking spot, unlock the vehicle with your tag and GO! There is no need to always fill up upon return, no queues or difficult parking lots..... it's just return it to the parking spot. REALLY convenient and very cost effective for short trips... Customer Service was fantastic too.

I joined GoGet as an alternative to owning a car. My first time I used this service I was pleased with ease of hiring the car, it was clean inside and worked well. The booking system was simple and the car was where it should have been. We went for a day to the beach and to have lunch.
The overall experience was good and enjoyable. I will be using this service again.

I needed a car in a hurry - on a Sunday. I called a few hire companies but most were not open and those that were, I would pay more than the hire fee to get to! I remembered some friends who use GoGet. I signed up, activated my membership down the road, found a car literally around the corner from me and picked it up at 6am the next day...which was when I needed it. No taxis to get to it, no taxis to get home. It was a fantastic experience!

Ive been a GoGet member for around 10 years since my beloved vintage Renault became unroadworthy. It just didnt make sense to spend so much on another car when GoGet literally had cars at my front door. They are the perfect solution for city dwellers who only need a car from time to time. Easy access to a large van which has made moving items which are too small for a moving van but too big for a station wagon - there has always been a suitable vehicle available when needed!

I hardly used my car so decided to sell it and use GoGet for those occasions when a car is a must. It is a no brainer decision as I have already saved lots of money by switching to this model. I have a couple of pods only minutes from my home which does help enormously. The cars are always spotless and easy to drive. It is a win win service and I highly recommend.

Convenient locations for me in a moderately inner Brisbane suburb. Plenty of vehicles available in a variety of styles. Convenient locations also in interstate capitals that I am likely to visit.
The system and the vehicle worked reliably for my use in the currently few times that I have used a vehicle.
No annual membership fee for over 60's clinched me signing up.
A general comment is that I would prefer GoGet for short distance, short time period and return trips. Other hire car options start to be favoured otherwise, especially for one way trips

Where I live there's a Galaxy of GoGets. There's Rahel the Yaris, Bess the Van, Erina the BMW Convertible, Dexter the Carnival, etc, etc. All are charged at seniors rates too!

Have used GoGet for the last 6 years and it suits most of my needs for places hard to get to by public transport or when carrying lots of things. You have to be a little bit organised and know how long you need the car for, so sometimes I hire it for too long but it is still way more cost effective than owning a car as well as being better for the environment. When I've had the occasional issue phone support has been very helpful. I don't usually give 5 stars for anything, but 4 seemed a bit low because really it has been very good service.

This is a fabulous service,really convenient and easy to use. Payment was simple and the vehicles are always in great condition. We have used the vans on numerous occasions, joining GoGet was one of the best decision we have ever made.

A first time user of GoGet. I needed a van to transport musical equipment to and from a show. The van was exactly what I booked and I had 24 hour access to it which was ideal. Everything with the booking went very smoothly. This was a great option.

I joined Go Get the first time when it first began. I loved it and it just kept improving. Only reason I eventually opted out was that I bought a small car for my teenaged daughter. She and the car have left home now and I'm back with Go Get. I've looked at the others but Go Get simply makes it easier than anyone else, and you know the car is clean and serviced.

This is a fabulous service, we have a corporate account and our team all have cards linked to our membership. We mainly use it in Sydney, but also have in Brisbane and Melbourne. If there is a problem, Customer Service have fixed it....would highly recommend using GoGet personally or for business.

the car I hired last week had a broken window...They had the booking cancelled and new car allocated and was driving within 10 minutes. No fuss excellent service, very happy.
