Terrible product
My wife bought these because they were “cute”. They are terrible! Our food goes stale and I just grabbed my rolled oats from the cabinet and the lid came un-done as easy as a shoelace and spilled everywhere! I would NOT buy these containers. Very over-priced as well. Go back to the drawing board OAX! I never write reviews but I felt it necessary this time to warn people, Do not use these containers.
Purchased in November 2021.

They Absorb too much moisture
these containers absorb too much moisture and seem to make food soggy etc. however when storing dry foods it is very beneficial and the container seals are strong so no need to worry about things falling through. Not the worst product, I would get it as long as the price is right.

Nice Product
Have had these for about a year now and they are great for storing my flour, sugar, brown sugar, dry pasta and much much more. They are thick and I love the clear look. Containers are easy to clean, yet the lid takes forever to dry. The lids do pop open at times and they are not air tight. But I still love them and cont. to buy more. The only bad things about them is they are pricey. :(

Great looking and ergonomic, but NOT air tight
Amongst storage containers, by far these are the best looking and best ergonomic to open / close, but they are NOT air tight. Here's my run down of pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Best looking storage containers
2. Stack reasonably well
3. Easy to open/close
4. Variety of good sizes
Cons:
1. Not air tight

Great Storage Solution for the Organiser in the family :-)
I'd originally avoided these canisters due to price but, when a local store had them at a large discount I kind of went a little crazy and bought quite a few !
I bought multiple round canisters in the 1.8, 2.8 and 4.2 litre sizes .... and several hours later our pantry is clean, organised and looks amazing !!!!
We have a walk in pantry with deep shelves so the staggered sizes and stackability are awesome when combined with a label maker - you can see the contents as described even for the large canisters up the back. The seals are airtigh...Read more
t and the sealing "pop-top" action is easy to use. Canisters feel solid and well made. BPA Free, easy to clean, contents visible ..... what else could you want !!!! The rounds do not pack as efficiently as the square units but for the price I am not complaining !!! Solid, aesthetically pleasing, well designed, stackable, easy to use, good sealSimilar opinion? Best airtight container
I was looking for a container big enough for 50 cookies that looked good on our bench and was airtight. The 2.5l square is fantastic. it has kept them fresh for going on 2 months! The pop design is great to do one handed unlike a screw lid or something with multiple locks. Highly recommend this container only downside it's a bit pricey but worth it
Airtight, looks good
Bit pricey

You drop it, you break it
Seemingly great, airtight, and functions well overall. I was mighty pleased for a while. But if you drop it on a hard surface, it breaks first time. We have shattered a few now and wont be buying more than these, as I would have expected a bit more toughness than that. Very disappointing.
Works well, airtight and keeps biscuits etc. for ages
Breaks easily when dropped, so not much advantage of having it in plastic.

Look great and airtight - great storage
Though pricier than most storage items, I love the pop tops, the look and the slim profile that holds so much - no wasted space. And they are stackable & airtight. Best of all, this is the first pasta container I've purchased that actually is tall enough to hold spaghetti - the tall one is less than half-full with a box of spaghetti in it, so I'm guessing it can hold at least two full boxes or bags, maybe a little more. I also got the 3.8 quart size (4 liter equivalent I think). It can hold a ton of stuff but has a nice small footprint due to ...Read more
it's straight sides. So easy to open and to make sure it's sealed tight. I imagine they'd be great for people with arthritis - a simple solution that looks great too. The seals come off for washing, exposing the internal mechanism of the cover, so it's a little tricky to wash it without getting some water inside, and none of the parts are dishwasher safe except for the seal (which I'd hesitate to put through a dishwasher) but it's not the kind of thing you have to wash every day, so it's really not a big deal. They look great out on the counter, stack nicely and take up less space in the cabinet. If they weren't so expensive I'd use them to store all my coffee, rice, pasta, cereals, sugar & other dry goods, but I think I'll buy a few at a time. Look great, so easy to open, airtight, save space in cabinet or on counter. They hold a lot in a small space. Not dishwasher safe and concerned water can get trapped in the top's mechanism. Pricey but worth it - still 5-star.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Very nice pantry storage in a variety of sizes
I bought several of these in three different sizes for pantry storage. (The picture next to this posting is of a tiny one - click on it to see some of the other sizes.)
A number of people have commented on what nice looking containers they are. Being square-sided, they fit together very easily, and it's very easy to see at a glance what's in the pantry.
The vertical 0.9L ones are a good size for most crackers and the 3.2L tall ones are a good size for pasta (including spaghetti), but they require a tall shelf.
The lid has a lovely, quality ...Read more

Airtight and seethrough!
What a change from the old Tupperware that I could not see through. Or those big old coffee jars. These containers are really great because they are clear and they have straight side AND are airtight. I have the same number of containers but I also have more room. Happy pantry.
transparent, sape efficient and airtight.
Expensive.

The perfect airtight container
I love these Oxo containers and only wish I had more. They look neat with the transparent glass finish, are really airtight and you can feel that with the closure system. They are really convenient to use and clean. I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them.
Look great, work well.
A bit too expensive

Do they break easily?

No. I have had mine for some time now. They get a lot of use in my household. I have dropped them so many times. I have ceramic tile floors. They have held up very well. They wash up very nicely also. Hope this helps.

I agree, lids take longer to dry as water gets stuck in the crevices. But its still great to have around!
