Feeling positive
We made a deposit with Granvue back in 2018. I must say, there was a time that I was nervous with Granvue from reading what looked like a downhill for their online reviews after we have signed, from our own personal experience, and from constant internal staff changes. Stressful building Journey with Granvue Homes -having lot of problems and started falling off
Hi All,
Please stay away from this un ethical and incompetent Granvue Homes. I had a built double storey Titanium 35 with this dodgy builder. Each and Every piece of building work has multiple defects and displaying their Poor workmanship ; Simple eg- they cant even do a proper Painting job . Granvue Home tradies/employers are all unskilled/incompetent and arrogant that's why every task is coming defective and time logging.

Granvue has been amazing so far with all of our building needs. We brought land over 2 years ago (finally has titled and about to go to site) but I have to say, that have been amazing from day one with the whole process and being our first home it has really made things easier for us.

Tayla was able to guide us through the whole process without rushing us or making us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. Our colour appointment with Belinda was a great experience, Belinda made everything so easy. We had an idea of what we wanted, told her and she was able to put it all together for us without any fuss or hassle! We seen Elly which then we were transferred over to Layla, and I have to say Layla has been amazing so far to date. She jumped in mid contract signing, got everything under control and has made the process that one bit easier. Customer service
We are happy with customer service we are recieving from granvue. We are building our first house with them and any detailed information we need is explained to us very patiently. All the communication has been very effective as we recieve an update on the house every week.
Michelle Berardi our building coordinator has been excellent on keeping us up to date and answering our queries .
Any issues we have are resolved or acknowledged asap.
We are on the lock up stage and until now the process is going smoothly.
We are looking forward to move in our beautiful house.

13 months still not finished
13 months. 5 building coordinators, 4 site supervisors and still not in our home.
If you are starting the journey do not be patient things will not change act now. Double check all plans and make sure they stick to them. Don't let them bully you, because they will try. Its heartbreaking

Happy with our home
I'm quite familiar with the build process as I've gone through this before and have quite a few friends who have built. Some of these have had very poor experiences with other builders and poor quality. Granvue in terms of quality is in the Top 3 of large to medium builders without a doubt. Personally, I am extremely fussy. I believe in quality and it's something I don't compromise with. There will always be a few hiccups along the way but the most important thing is how these are managed by the builder. This is where Granvue stood out for me. There after-service was very good. All my issues were resolved. Some quicker than others but they got there. I now live in a home in which I am very satisfied.

It has taken me a long time to write this review.
The build is complete and I have been in for 7 months.
Look I won't lie to you... the building journey had many ups and downs.
The inclusions are fantastic and the price of the home was excellent. With all of the inclusions, no volume builder came close to price or size. Pre build communication was fantastic.

Excellent design in a attractive and very affordable price
I was referred by couple of my friends to Granvue Home and it has been a very good journey so far. I met with sales consultant Sam in their Upper Point Cook office. He helped me to identify the exact design that we have been looking for last 3 months. I have checked with many other big builders but honestly either I didn't get the design I was looking for or the price was way above my range. Granvue Homes, specially Sam understood exactly what we need, arranged multiple appointments, finally gave the price which unbeatable, no doubt. I would like to highlight that they have very good range of inclusions in their standards list. We are excited about our journey with Granvue Homes.

We have been really stressed out
Our house plan was rejected a month ago and our developer contacted to granvue immediately to let them know. But they didn't do anything and never answer our phone calls and reply our emails. It is not the first time. We really want to change builder but we can't because we already paid around $20000.

Fascinated by the granvue journey
SAM was my initial agent when I first met him at Granvue Homes. He is a fantastic, honest and very reliable person. This is my first home and he ensured that he provided me all relevant information and distinctly guided me through the process. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Silent for too long
We chose the Emerald 33 and so far it has been a year since site start and the journey has been nothing other than stressful. We have refrained from voicing our concerns publicly up until this point as we were remaining hopeful throughout that things would improve and it doesn’t sit well with us to portray any company or business in a negative manner.

Don’t do it!
Granvue has built our house 9cm on the neighbours land and has built it on an angle.
This was raised in August 2022 and the issue has still not been fixed. They told us the slab had been cut however they just tried to cover up the fact that it hadn’t.
The workmanship and quality of the build has been disgraceful
They have ruined what I thought was going to be my dream home
I would not recommend anyone to build with Granvue!

No customer service and no warranty and no maintenance
If Granvue gave any response, I will not choose to disclose them. The truth is they will never response you after you get the key.
I gave them the cheque and sign the checklist, and then they gave the key, and I found the LEAKING and then they cut a hole on the ceiling of my garage. that is all, NO FOLLOW UP It has been 3 months, no more talking bout warranty, no more talking about maintain

If you are looking for a builder who will build your dream home promptly, keep you accurately updated, hire trades that respect the property that they are working at and have an admin, office staff, supervisors and even their general manger treat you with respect, do not build with GRANVUE. hat the trades decided that they would use all 3 toilets to expunge their morning ablutions and then leave it like that for 5 months. This was reported to management but unfortunately as told to me by the general manager, they have no control over the trades that they pay for and no control over the fact that, to my knowledge the house was left unlocked 3 times in this idle period. Not sure if I can move past the fact that for those 5 months we were paying 90% of the mortgage and both of us were also paying rent, a fact that didnt seem to worry the general manager. I wont got into the hassles I had to get a completion date out of them, but we ended up having handover on the 13th of August 2022, only because I had to move out of the rental I was in on the 14th. So in good faith we signed off on the proviso that all items that were not complete would be done ASAP. Four months later I still have a leaking kitchen tap, glazing bead missing from a window and dirty carpet from the trades that walked mud in on handover day, a shower that I cannot use because its not level. It took 3 months for them to eventually fix the leaking hot water system, paint the ceiling that trades placed filthy hands on, again on handover day, to lay the tiles to one of the WCs and to fit the towel rails, toilet roll holders that I paid as an extra to install. Oh and I forgot the leaking hand basin tap that didnt get fixed for 4 weeks, leaving this basin unusable. I have sent at 3 emails to [name removed] the owner and the general manger, [name removed], none were acknowledge or actioned by either person, with the exception of the last email sent and that was from [name removed] just saying I will look into it. This may have had something to do with the fact that I said we would be going to the DBDRV & the VBA. I sent text last Thursday to my supervisor (he is supervisor number 4) and am still awaiting a reply. This is just characteristic of Granvues lack of customer service. Best yet we have now been told that our maintenance period is now closed. I have kept this review as brief as I could, because if I went in-depth of the disaster this build have been it will be 2020 already As to date we have not received any apologies for the distress that their incompetence has caused. Their lack of customer service and empathy is astounding.1 comment
