Hi
Is it normal to get very little energy from x50 green tea?
I've had 3 sachets a day for the past 4 days and have had to have coffee because these sachets have done nothing for me.
stange to me as I know at least three people at my work who will have one and get a huge hit of energy from just one :(

Hi, Thanks for your enquiry! Everyone has different levels of Caffeine sensitivity so each person can react differently :)
Just bear in mind that caffeine does have the tendency to hinder iron levels. Iron deficiency can cause you to feel tired and fatigued. If you are taking iron supplements or eating iron rich foods I would drink the green tea at least two hours apart so it doesn't interfere with your iron absorption

Can you consume the green tea with while taking Duromine?

Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi, thanks for your enquiry! You will need to consult with your GP before taking any supplements. :)
Interested to find out if you are currently on duromine and did your dr say it was Ok!?
I'm on the x50 but thinking about enquiring about duromine To my GP
I used to take duromine for weight loss and I personally now do natural products as they are safer. There is a natural product on the market that I have been taking for a month now and have two green tea sachets a day as well with it and I have lost 7kg. This product is called Garcinia Cambogia 6000 and I take two tablets an hour before lunch and tea. It helps you eat less at meals and really works. I have had no side effects taking these two products together and there is good stuff in both. Duromine is not natural limiting what you can have. Awesome stuff and it has worked for me but for the Duromine it didn’t plus the natural way is cheaper minus the doctor and script bills and I have a more natural energy buzz, a lot safer

Has anyone tried the pina collada flavour?
5 answers
Yer, not my fave. Depends what flavours you like though.
Not a fan either!!!! I have been adding a cordial to it just so I don't waste the box. I wouldn't purchase again. Love all other flavours tho!!
Thank you, must be why the company has a deal with only that flavour..
I don't like really sweet tasting.
Your view on the Tropical......

Hello,
I am a fit and healthy 28yr old (gym 5x a week, yoga x2 and always runs about 3), I was trying oxyshred just to help slim before some holidays but my chest felt like I had asthma all the time so I stopped and my chest felt better. I've read this is a thermogenesis also, and perhaps I am just sensitive to caffeine as I've read on some reviews.. I've never been much of a coffee drinker. Is it likely ill have the same side affects as I did with oxyshred?
1 answer
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi, thanks for your enquiry! Unfortunately we cannot comment on the Oxyshred as its from another company, however the Green tea X50 Sachets do contain naturally occurring caffeine in them, approx the equivalent of 1/2 to 1 cup of coffee. We recommend to have the sachets one in the morning and one at lunch time.

Hi had my first one this morning. I had it with 300 mls of milk as stated on the packet. I was wondering can I have this mixed in my up and go liquid breakfast as to not have too much dairy at once (I'm trying to lose weight)? I will try having it with water but think it may be too much for me to drink at once as says 600 mls with water.

2nd day and went down well with water. Like the taste better with hot water. I found I am already drinking a lot more water too, which is normally so hard for me to do. Today I also started the accelerated weight loss programme so looking forward to weighing myself in a week's time.
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi, thanks for your enquiry! Which flavour are you currently using? We recommend to mix all the Green Tea X50 Sachets with 600ml water except the Iced Coffee & Chocolate sachets we suggest to mix with 300ml of water :)
I have the chocolate one I found it far too sweet with only 300 mls of water. I find it is to my taste in a little milk and aprox 500mls of hot water, making 600 mls in total. On the box it says to mix with 600 mls water. I lost 2kgs after the 3 day carb detox.

Hi I was wondering if x50 is safe to drink while breastfeeding?
3 answers
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Thanks for your enquiry. We recommend that you consult with your GP before taking any supplements while breast feeding. :)
Best to ask your GP - however, considering it is 20 x cups of green tea in one hit, I'd be careful. 1 x cup of green tea contains roughly 25 milligrams of caffeine. x50 has 20x the amount so is 500 milligrams of caffeine (roughly) in one sachet. But please ask you doctor.
X50 has 20 x the polyphenols of one cup of green tea not 20 x the caffeine content lol oh my goodness. In one satchet there is the same amount of caffeine as a half to a full cup of coffee, not 500mg.

I am on medication for high blood pressure, will drinking this product affect this?
3 answers
Personally I think it should be fine, but if I were you I would definitely consult with your doctor first if you have any worries
Definitely consult your doctor. If you struggle to find a good GP, go to a TCM (traditional Chinese herbalist). They're everywhere & they know more about green tea & than anyone. I'm not a doctor nor any kind of health practitioner but I do my research with anything I take in high doses & X50 is 20 cups of green tea in one hit. Although I love the stuff, it's not great for me. Start with google for research but definitely see your doctor as every individual is different.

Tasted this the 1st time today (tropical) it wasn't as bad as I originally thought although I noticed bits still in the bottom of the glass so I decided to add some boiling water and I found it better in taste. I just wondered if there where any reason why it only mentions been mixed with cold water? :) Prefer these with hot water, is there a difference with it? Thanks

Hi l have been a big fan of x50 especially tropicsl, until recently.Have you changed the recipe by adding stevia because it has gone from having a sweet pleasant taste to having an awful after taste or are there two different types?
