The customer service I received from Zoran from the time I entered the Miranda store was impeccable. Zoran was extremely welcoming and could not be more helpful. I really like the way he took the time to explain the quality of the diamonds in the ring. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The ring itself is just perfect. 29/8/2019 My wife and I were attended to by Maria & Lahdo at the Gregory Jewellers Parramatta Store.
We were having restoration work done on three individual Diamond Rings. The process took three weeks and the results were way above our expectations. The warmth & care that was given to us by all the staff in particular Maria & Lahdo was very very professional and personal. The end result bought my wife to tears of happiness, the Rings are perfect.

5 years after purchasing my wifes engagment ring and wedding band from Gregory I decided to suprise my wife by purchasing an eternity ring that matched the wedding band while visiting Sydney from overseas.

Even without the original receipt Gregory's were able to locate the original order and match exactly the special order wedding band without physically viewing the wedding band to make a lovely suprise for my wife.

With only 10 days notice Gregory were able to produce the beautiful diamond piece before I left Sydney back to Europe. I highly recommend Gregory, they understand genuine customer service backed up by quality jewellery. That is why they got my repeat business.

I can always rely on Helen Gregory to recommend a piece to suit my own individual style and to do so at a price point which matches my budget at the time. I purchased a Gucci icon ring and received an email saying that they would have to get it from Gucci. I was happy to wait as it is a gorgeous ring. I hadn't heard anything from a few weeks and sent another email. I got a reply saying it would be followed up asap. The next day a got a phone call apologising for the delay but they had to get the ring from overseas. I was very happy that I was keep up to date and even more pleased that Gregory Jewellers had gone out of their way to get the product I ordered. I will definitely buy from them again!

Popped in to Gregory's Castle Hill and was seriously impressed by their five star service! Was looked after by a really professional team who couldn't have been more helpful and bent over backwards to get the TAG Heuer watches I was after into the store for me to inspect.
