Peter James Murphy did an outstanding job. It turned out to be more difficult than he expected but he stuck to the original quote and we were very happy. Also gave advice on something else that needed attention.

After using this service I was very impressed with the service, and work provided by this company. I rate this service better than Jim's mowing as I found their services weren't as intricately pricise as the grey army. Well done

So bitterly disappointed with The Grey Army with the quality of work supplied by one of their contractors recently. Three walls and a ceiling in the garage, billed 18 hours and left with a mess to clean up.

Please be aware that the Grey Army is essentially a Hiring or booking agency, once you accept the quote they accept no liability. I have learnt my lesson and in future I will bypass such organisations and ensure I engage a tradesman who is qualified with the relevant endorsements and licenses.

Stay away from this company a complete scam so over priced its ridiculous thats if anyone turns up its a franchise company best to call Jims mowing least you know your not being scammed by outrageous trademan that pretend they are there to help seniors its not
Staff at office rude

I would like to say a special thank you to Robert and Michael Fallace from Grey Army. I have had a number of jobs completed in my home including door and air conditioner installations, various painting jobs and the most recent work was a complete kitchen replacement. Robert was always punctual, courteous, professional and always cleaned up after his work. Robert has a great eye for detail and his work was always to a very high standard. I would recommend Robert, Michael and his contractors if you need any home maintenance repairs etc.

1. Carpenter must know how to replace (Skirting, Architrave, installing Door Jamb etc..(most of the material, will be supply on site)
2. Patching the Plaster
3. Paint touch-ups
4. Flashing on the Roof
5. Changing tiles etc..
6. Caulking/ Silicone

I submitted written requests for quotes for mowing and for garden levelling. in Darley, Victoria. I also tried to call during office hours but I just got an answering machine,No response. The silence is still ringing in my ears. Don't waste your time with this mob

My gutters needed cleaning and they were badly compacted with leaves and twigs. The price and job done were excellent, roof swept,leaves and twigs were redistributed as mulch on my front retaining area. I could not ask for better service, well done.

I wanted a concreting job done and was promised their concreter Levi would contact me. Days later and no contact. I went elsewhere. The job was not especially difficult. Most disappointed.

Andy, an Electrician from Grey's Army (Melbourne) was fantastic! He was so professional and a real expert in his field, with many years of experience behind him. I had quite a few electrical jobs that needed doing around the house and he knew exactly what to do and offered lots of advice as well. He was so nice, reliable, efficient and friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him!

I requested quote for painting gutters, eves, pergola. I had several quotes from local tradesmen (source local paper) however grey army by far the most expensive, in fact double the price of another tradesman.

My family has recently used the services of Robert Fallace from the Grey Army in Melbourne for carpentry, electrical and painting work. We were so impressed with Robert's advice, punctuality and management of our mini renovation that we actually ended up using his for a number of smaller jobs around the house. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the sub contractors he used were all very friendly and professional.

1. In canberra, I was stood up by the handyman without even bothering to call or text to tell me where he was. DO NOT rely on Reno or Linzie to turn up. Hopeless.

I have just used te professional skills of Michael and Robert Fallace from the Grey Army. They have completed jobs at my home ranging from plastering, painting, building shelves and cupboards as well as carpentry repairs. They were professional, did their work well and on time as per their quote and I would be happy to recommend them to others, including my friends and relatives.

Never use Grey Army again. I'm left with a mess after getting painter back 3 times to fix mistakes. Short changed nearly $2,000 worth of work. Totally unprofessional contemptable lazy attitude.
