Like all Grohe products I've previously bought, I find this tap very stylish and pleasant to use. The handle moves smoothly and feels good in the hand. I had no difficulty installing the tap myself - needs only basic plumbing knowledge (such as how to turn off mains water and how to use plumbers' nylon thread tape to make a waterproof connection). The pictorial instructions were easy to follow. I've been using the tap for 5 months now and am still very happy with it. The only 'disadvantage' is that, since the handle is flat, it tends to collect stains from soap scum etc but it takes only a second or two to wipe clean.

We wanted quality and peace of mind for our home renovation. Given Grohe offerred 5 year warranty on labour and parts we figured we couldnt go wrong and purchased Grohe taps throughout house. We were advised on purchase that warranty is valid as long as product is installed by licensed plumber. After 4 years, mixer handle came off. Contacted Grohe (Argent Australia) and they claimed, without inspection, labour is not covered because our plumber installed tap incorrectly. Mind you, I had to contact them 3 times to even get a response. Very unlikely I will purchase Grohe products again.

I am a builder and I use grohe as the standard through all my homes and usually the euro range, I have never had an issue with most clients so happy with their functionality. Well priced great warranty, well made! Will continue to use and try to talk my clients into using also
