Rip off!!!
Costed me $30 more than what it would cost me at another store
Loss of hard earned money, customer service didn’t help either and was told they cannot do anything about it

Rip off
Coming from the Dr, I just went straight to the pharmacy next door to fill my prescription. The pharmacy I usually go to costs $7 for my prescription and Guardian's generic brand was $21.

Neel at Seaford SA is amazing!
Neel and his colleague were amazing! I was in their newly opened shop 3 times this week. Neel offered an alternative product which we were unable to source elsewhere at short notice late at nightfor our sick daughter. Personalised service and just wanting to help. Will not go anywhere else now. Thank you, I am so grateful.

Bad customer service- treat you like criminal.
I bought alergy nasal spray for my son which is 15 yrs old. And it was assisted and recommended by a stuff member. But when I went home I found out it was not recommended for under 18 yr olds. Next day went to return it. (Unopened and seal not broken) but Sunday it was closed early. Finally I could get to the Pharmacy on Thursday The manager (or pretending to be one) started to ask did I get it from the shelf? did I ask for assistance, I should not go and get things by my self !.. Why did not comeback the following day? Who did recommend this spray? All the questioning and lecturing for a 15 dollar product which is sold over the counter in all pharmacies. Totaly waste of time.

Price gouging
I bought an inza 250mg 100 tablet for $15.99 at guardian in LanDsdale, WA, and guess how much chemist warehouse online price ? Only $10. Be my guess and Works out the math of how much mark up that was . By the way, i bought the script at 7pm to justify the 60% mark up ?!! If possible, meaning if you could go to see a doctor before chemist warehouse closing time, avoid this chemist at all cause and spend the extra trip to chemist warehouse to get the script and the spend extra $6 to get your favourite shampoo or toothpaste or anything else that makes you feel better as you are happy saving yourself from being gouged at your eyes blatantly !!

Amazing customer service
This chemist has the most amazing and personal customer service. The staff always greet the customers by name and make them feel valued. Their prices on prescriptions are very competitive. You would rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes for a prescription.

Cold and Flu tablets
I have had a chesty/throat infection for quite some time and recently its just got worst. Its quite clear that I have it and when I have been to other pharmacies over this period, they have been supportive and helpful. I have been trying to kill it in other ways. I am on multivitamins, I taken four courses of antibiotics and it still remains. As a long time heavy smoker, I am even giving it up and replacing it with Nicobate. I have tried the supplement cold and flu tablets and find that it does not clear the congestion. Regardless of pres...Read more
enting with nicobate in my hand, obvious symptoms - I was still treated like some drug addict or maker. I am not sure what catagory this women decided to put me in, but it was degrading and completely unnecessary. I understand the need to take care with this product, but to interrigate me about my PRIVATE medical history, the doctor I see in front of an audience of customers was rediculous. The excuse was that it can be addictive and that it can be used to make speed, this was stated whilst I was standing front of the Nicobate counter, yet no queries was made upon that. How ironic. Leaving the store, vowing to never return. Please see aboveSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Bad
I have gone here a couple of times to get some scripts filled and they have been pretty helpful and quick. The staff are courteous and attentive. Since there isnt one near me, this isnt my pharmacy of choice. They do have all the pharmacy items, including some cosmetics, baby items, and medicines.
There is only 1 Guardian Pharmacy not very near us, so we only go when we really need to. The staff have been pretty friendly and helpful.
Its pretty hard to find one, so maybe they specialise in a particular state or area. I don't know if they have a loyalty card.

Excellent
guardian is the pharmacy i now go to, due to its convenience to work (three shops down) and the friendly helpful staff. the two pharmacists are so nice, know me and always take time to explain new medications and side effects. the pharmacy is always clean and it is really easy to find products yourself and if you can't there is always someone to help. i would definitely recommend guardian to anyone.
friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff, caring and compassionate pharmacists, clean store, staff are well groomed and uniforms clean and tidy, affordable brands, convenient.
none, definitely my chemist of choice.
