I love this Washing Machine
This washer is perfect, it washes well and I absolutely love how the lid has a slamless feature. You can put the lid down without it slamming down, it has brakes, so to speak, every washer should have this. The price was very affordable for a very stylish and great little machine!
Purchased in November 2021 at Harvey Norman for $390.00.

“Good value” but at what cost?
Sure, this is an inexpensive piece of hardware. It’s aesthetically pleasing as washing machines go. It has a relatively straightforward interface and is easy to set up.
However, good luck washing more than a couple of shirts at one time. And jeans? Forget about it.
It’s unclear whether it’s the absence of an agitator in the centre of the tub, but this machine cannot balance a load to save its life. Want to sit down and watch a film whilst getting a load clean? Prepare to be interrupted by twelve piercing beeps every few minutes as the mac...Read more
hine declares its inability to spin efficiently and summons you to balance the load again. It doesn’t matter how many garments are in the machine; maybe 1 in 20 washes gets done without needing human intervention. You do tend to have slightly better luck (one rebalance instead of five) with a lighter load. Well and good, but any benefit is lost by then having to do another wash with the other clothes that might have been too much for poor old HWMSP70 to handle, wasting water and detergent. Don’t buy this machine. Just don’t. It’s not worth the rage and the environmental damage.

Not bad
Not a bad machine. It works well and meets general needs of washing.
The disadvantages are : its loading is too small, and it can not wash many clothes once. The normal mode takes a long time, and it must complete full washing cycles. It can not start from a specific step.

Not too bad
Good washing machine, rather loud and disruptive though. I find there is always a bit of a smell to the washing machine afterwards. It's a bit small for a big family also, you will end up doing a few loads. Overall it cleans well and is also worth the price

horrible washing machine.. steer clear
absolutely the worst machine i have ever had. It doesnt even wash properly. My clothes often come out with dirt marks and what looks like left over fluff or dirty water skin stuff on them, .. so i end up washing them again. It takes ages just to do one simple load, is noisy, and sometimes doesnt even spin. I am about to wash my doona ( a very light weight summer one that SHOULD fit easily in there and be an easy job) for the third time today, and it takes 67 minutes EACH wash, so now it wont be dry in time for use tonight. It was cleaner ...Read more
before i started the washing process and wish i never put it in there!.. will definitely be calling service people this week as I suffer from chronic illness and dont need to be doing my washing 10 timesSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

OK
Not a bad replacement for my end-of-life front loader. Pretty straight forward to use and cleans well.
Found the 'normal' cycle is a bit harsh ( wear & tear on some clothing )
The lint catcher however is a real pain in the butt - pretty poorly sewn 'catching sachet' ....and if you don't clean out after EVERY wash...leaves lint all over items. ( that probably explains how harsh the cycle is on the wear of clothes - it's actually stripping fibres off items ).... have NEVER experienced, in my 40 years of using a washing machine...SO MUCH lint. Lesson learnt.....do the research and go and purchase item by yourself....don't leave it up to the 'OH'....or get him to do the washing......haaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Down the track.......if the 'spin' doesn't actually 'spin' to my requirements...( and still leaves the clothes 'wet'......happens often.....I will switch to the 9 min spin cycle and smash them through... Read more
again)....not sure why I would have to engage the extra cycle, but like my washing to be 'half way' dry before hanging up on the line. Maybe it's just me.......I had the old Simpson 'wringer' that scared the crap out of me when I fed the sheets through the wringer in the 70's...then ....the vintage 'twin-tub' spinning machine was even harsher.... haaaaaa......I should be in 7th heaven...lol.... Bottom line would be for me.....a top loader is far easier to control than a front loader in my experience - ( pause...add an item or two.....and continue with the cycle)Similar opinion? Terrible, Stay away.
This Machine is crap. Its super loud and gets unbalanced really really easy. Then it starts the cycle from the start once rebalanced. Water pipe came out from underneath and flooded my house

Makes life so much easier.
This Washing Machine i so much better than the LG Front Loader that I replaced it with. Not so hard on my clothes and washes brilliantly. It is quiet and has plenty of Washing Cycle Options. I find this brand excellent and will never pay the huge prices for Name Brands again.

GOOD SMALL FAMILY WASHING MACHINE
Great washing machine, makes a thorough job of washing the clothes, even when I forgot the powder. An improvement on my last machine which tangled the clothes. It has no agitator. I absolutely love the quick 10 minute cycle for rinsing the nappies. I recommend this machine, and am very happy with it . A small draw back is if you don't open the lid properly it will collapse down, just when your head is down getting the washing out.

A waste of money
I bought this machine 2 months ago and it did wash things ok but they were all twisted after spin dry. The sad part is we use tank water for washing and because of it supa techo programming it has burnt out my house pump twice in 2 months. If you have tank water or live off a bore this machine WILL destroy your pump. I sent mine back and got my money back because the salesman failed to disclose this info at time of purchase.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER
I purchased this washing machine 5 months ago, in that time I have had 5 service calls, the last being last Wednesday when the water was pouring out of the bottom of the machine I was told the technician would be here Friday, received a call Thurs saying he couldn't come until Monday between 8-10am, when he hadn't arrived after 10am I called spent 3/4 hour on phone and was told he would be there between 3-5pm, he fixed what he thought was the problem 20mins later the water again was pouring out I called for him to come back and they said he had...Read more
gone home after some talking was told he could come Tuesday he came and again tried to fix the problem this time using silicon and saying it had to set for 24hrs. he could come back and check Wednesday between 3-5, when he hadn't arrived at 4.30pm I called him he had just left a meeting 1 1/2 hrs away from where I live but told me to turn machine on it should be right. I did so the same thing happened. I then called customer care again and said I wanted a replacement,,they had to check. I must say the technician did come at around 6.15pm again tried another remedy stayed while the machine started and left, I went to check 20mins later the water was again pouring out. I phoned customer care again and asked for a replacement again they said they would call me Thurs. Eventually I have a credit authorization and am going to get a new machine. If there was a rating less than 1 I would give it, I would not recommend the machine or Fisher & Paykel to my worst enemy.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Wish I never bought it.
I bought this machine for dog washing only as I look after a couple of dogs & have my own and I like to keep their coats and bedding clean. This machine washes and rinses fairly well. It is loud at times. The only features I like about the machine is that the lid does not bang down when you let it go . It gently closes. and the lint filters are excellent. I would be satisfied with the machine if when I do a warm wash it did not put the hot water in for so long and then the cold. Sometimes I have woollen blankets or woollen dog coats and I ...Read more
have to put the water in the machine before I put the articles in the water or they would be wrecked. Had I known this I would have looked for something better. It is only about 5.5kg. The instruction book is useless. It is a bit better than a new Fisher & Paykel 10kg that I purchased. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
