I'm not sure whether to buy this product...will it help reduce anxiety levels? My anxiety is incredibly high at the moment, and I'm struggling. I have a feeling I might have a hormone imbalance but have never had any blood test to show this.

I’m not sure, it’s best to check on the product website www.happyhormones.com.au I personally haven’t noticed, but everyone is different.

Jeff B.Happy Healthy You

Hi Joann, There are many reasons for hair loss. Hormones are one but thyroid, stress, iron and b vitamin deficiency are also common causes. We have many ladies report their hair is thicker and stronger after taking Happy Hormones but as Dahlia mentions this does not happen for every lady.

Probably not the best place to ask a question Julie regarding your journey as this is a public review page. Drop our practitioner team an email at [email protected] and the team will be happy to help on your health journey. Just quickly it can take up to a month before flushes subside and you may need to adjust the dose.

Happy Hormones

Is this beneficial for someone 67 after a radical hysterectomy That was over 20 years ago. Obviously I’m no longer menopausal but my moods, energy etc are not the best.
Look forward to your response

1 answer
Happy Healthy You
Jeff B.Happy Healthy You

To be honest it is hard to say. One of the issues women experience post menopause is lack of energy, weight gain and depressive moods because your body is not producing enough hormones. This is especially common if you have been on HRT. Happy Hormones can assist in stimulating your body to produce the necessary hormones which occurs via the adrenal glands which is the natural process. In your situation it is difficult to say since we are dealing with it 20 years later. It certainly is worth a try but no guarantee in your unique situation.

Happy Hormones

Just wandering if these products are safe for me to take as I am a breast cancer survivor and obviously cannot take HRT. Could you tell me the ingredients so I am able to do some research on your products. Thankyou Lisa

1 answer
Happy Healthy You
Jeff B.Happy Healthy You

Hi Lisa, Good questions and a difficult one to answer. There is no research that indicates any of the ingredients cannot be taken with or post breast cancer. The ingredients themselves do not contain hormones however they may increase or decrease hormone production based on what your body requires. Here is a link to the ingredients and we suggest to do your own research and discuss with your oncologist. https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/products/happy-hormones-150g
