Fantastic customer service and quick action to solve the connection problem.
I’d been experiencing repeated dropouts and issues with connecting more than one device to our home wifi. Jeff was able to correct the device connection issue within a couple of hours and sent out a technician to fix the exterior problem a couple of days later. Very happy customer!

Pretty good connection, good speed. Only dropped out twice in 10 months quickly fixed. Recent drop out fixed through your customer service. Jason was amazing, patient and spoke very clearly

Easy to setup, no dropouts, friendly customer service.
Rey from Harbour ISP helped us move in with ease. I’ve never set up internet before and although the process was lengthy, he made sure I had each and every step right. I work in hospitality, so I know what good customer service is like. Kudos to Rey Sarmiento, thank you.

Excellent service! Very friendly too
Beberly was very knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to me and did her best to help me get connected. It was something that requires a technician and she arranged for one to arrive within an hour. Excellent service from technician too.

Great service and pretty straight forward
We'll see how it goes as it is too early to tell - They used to have a 2 months for free but it seems they downgraded it to one but its okay

Always really great customer service.
Customer service is always helpful, polite and patient. I had an issue with a dropout yesterday and Mae’s help was exceptional. She understood the issue and quickly fixed it. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Jeffrey was very patient with me and helped me over a week to set up the internet, I didn't know I had a router connected and hidden, it was getting very frustrated. He called me everyday to update the info and tried his best to get it going. I couldn't thank him enough.

Unreliable service and unreasonable/hidden costs
Signed up with HarbourISP based on some of the positive reviews here and what a waste of time and money it has been! they promised 100/40mpbs speeds but the max I got was 35 up once and they kept saying they "investigating", I had to ring them everyday and had to explain the issue from scratch every single time, the customer service workers are quite nice and well mannered but it's really hard to understand them since they are on some sort of VOIP phone system which cuts out all the time. ould not waste time if I knew about this, I signed up with ConnectedAustralia after 7 days of wasted time with HarbourISP and I was getting 100/40 without any issues. Now Harbour have sent me an invoice for $135 for 7 days of internet that I had with poor service, will definitely be disputing that invoice.3 comments

Perfect Internet service and excellent customer service and technical support.
Internet service is very reliable, did not experience one single dropout since activation. The technical support is excellent, the customer service is excellent. No long wait times compared to other ISPs.

A bunch of money grabbing crooks. Tried to steal $469 even without setting up a connection.
I have tried to purchase an opticomm connection via HarbourISP. I chose HarbourISP as they had very good reviews. Looking back makes me wonder how these people have so many good reviews. This is a company to steer away. When I purchased the connection they were so incompetent in helping to setup the connection or diagnose a problem. They've just been trained to say the same thing, "do you have a recommended router, did you reset the router, can you try the bedroom port, etc.". Good technical support
Offshore support not great. Had two people who I struggled with, kept getting cut off, having to start again. 3rd person was fantastic. He helped me sort out the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable, easy to understand and restored my faith in Harbour.

Connection is reliable but with some occasional jitter, not unexpected in these current times :)
The Assistance I received from Beberly today was excellent, helpful and I was able to get the full speed out of my connection. Though a simple problem I cannot thank you enough for your support.

Aila provided great customer support had the new connection up and running in no time. A very detailed and thorough troubleshoot method which resulted in the fault being rectified efficiently.

Poor Service & Speed
Terrible connection with ping of over 90. constant connection & reliability issues. called the provider with concerns and was advised my speeds were 'fine' and that there was nothing else they could do.
