Overall great service
No problems until the modem packed in. Harbour ISP was quick to log the problem, go through the testing and have another modem sent. Only had to hotspot the homeschool kids for 2 days. Phew. Great customer service and followup.

Fast and efficient
Recently I contacted Harbour for issue with Amazon prime detecting my IP as VPN ip and wanted to change. Justine got it working in seconds very impressed.
No issue with internet speed.

One phone call to Harbour and dropout issue is resolved :)
NBN has its glitches, experiencing dropouts of few hours now and then is a common occurrence, but our household can't fault Harbour's customer service. Every time we experience a dropout, only one phone call is needed to resolve the issue. And often there would be a follow up call from Harbour to make sure our internet is running fine. We've been with Harbour for the last several years. When we first signed up with Harbour it was still on satellite connection, and in the recent couple of years we had to switch over to NBN. Since we switched over to NBN, it seems that we need to make a phone call regarding dropouts a few times a year. And Harbour team always provided us with satisfactory customer service.

Very happy
Great connection, large house with great coverage.
Issues with starting the connection but once we knew the issue it was fixed the very next day
Moving into a house with old poor fittings we really struggled to work out the issue. Thank goodness harbour isp were able to help out and get my issue resolved before online home school starts up

Excellent service

The moving process was seamless
The service is very good, never have experienced connection issues, recently I moved to another location with NBN and the moving process was extremely easy, I've just contacted Harbour ISP team and they scheduled the move. I didn't need anything just plugged the router and everything started working.

Pretty good so far.
A big improvement in speed (17-20 Mb/s over Telstra, but occasional brief dropouts. This is after three days of Harbour ISP service. Eight more words to get to 30 words.

Great telephone setup
Excellent careful service on the phone by Belle. It was difficult to program our modem using an iPhone interface and she did a terrific job. Saved the day!! Seriously, thank you Belle/Beberly.

Would not recommend!!
If i could give lower i would. Would not recommend if you live in perth. Constant drop outs (multiple times a day), poor customer service (dont return calls/rude) and now wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars to cancel a service i pay for but hardly receive

It's hard to cancel the plan when people move out.
They never send across a cancellation form throught email. And they also need 30 days from the time I said to stop the service. As far as I know other service providers do not need to fill a canllelation form.

Customer service was excellent
Have only just connected. Cannot comment on internet just yet. Hopefully it matches the amazing customer service provided with my technical issues.
I had some issues. Mostly on my end. The team significantly helped to fix it promptly. Especially Mae. She was very helpful and patient until it was sorted!
