no internet.
We experience dropouts regularly. The service usually buffers when it is a peak usage period. The service I received from your team to get the internet up & going again was solved in a no fuss & professional manner. However we are now on W.A.'s timezone & I'am not sure how to adjust this!

Both sales and service are excellent
I have found the sales team and the service team excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend them. If you have trouble understanding IT and what would be suit you and need someone to walk you through installing it these people are fantastic. thank you.

Technical Support par excellence
My call was in relation to setting up a new WiFi router. I needed some input regarding passwords and confirmation of other information. Jeffrey was very professional and patient in his assistance with me.

great for rural areas
The connection has been reliable however we do experience some dropouts in cloudy weather. The service from Harbour staff has been great and Aimee was wonderful in recommending this product and setting me up with it.

Very prompt service to sort out reboot following upgrade. Very happy with Jeffreys efficiency. Speed vastly improved I would recommend skymuster highly. Nothing else to say. Good good and good

Responsive and understanding- so refreshing!
Great customer experience for 3 years. Recently - exceptional support from Justine and Aimee to restore communications when teenage kids used entire monthly allowance in 2 days on the farm. So much better than the big names.

Harbourisp have great customer service and technical support
Rang tonight, we had upgraded to a new plan and this changed a setting on our router which meant we couldn’t access internet. Aila fixed it in no time at all.

Just fulfils our needs. Ltd data allowance, very average speeds, frequently breaks down
Break downs frequent - every 6 weeks approx. Sometimes takes several days to repair. We need the service to be more reliable as we don’t have mobile at our location. Frustrating very inefficient service system with ISP, NBN and Skybridge all involved in getting a technician to site.

Great support
Great quick support when I had an issue switching from sky muster to sky muster plus and I needed to change my router settings. Jeffrey was wonderful helping me out quickly so we could get on with our school and business day. I really appreciate how understanding he was with my lack of knowledge.

Great assistance!
Pamela Manderos has been very helpful and a great assistance. We had problem connecting to the NBN and Pamela has been replying email even during the weekend. I would also like to mentioned Aila Sideno for helping us making the arrangement for Scott from Data Comm in Broome to drive 7 hours to Yakanarra to fixed the problem. Thanks heaps everyone :)

Horrible billing service
They charged me twice in one month. I have to pay $188 instead of $94.00. It was their mistake but I still had to pay it. Credited next month but as a stay at home mum im now short on cash.

Very Helpful People
Glenda, was very nice and patient, she helped me with the steps of ordering a new modem, I would recommend people chatting with people like Glenda, she helped getting one even though I was in a place with no service (which the system doesn't recognized), I am very glad that I got mine!

Fantastic Customer Service!
Moving to our new home only to find out it is connected to NBN Satellite. Totally clueless as I've always had fixed wireless. Did some research and decided to give Harbour ISP a shot. So glad I did as the customer service has been fantastic. I spoke with Glenda and she was so patient and helpful. Looking forward to my new connection - so far so good!
