We are very happy with skymuster+
I had to contact Harbour isp to get our internet up and going after upgrading to skymuster+. Dennis was polite and informative and the process was done quickly and easily.

Horrible billing service
They charged me twice in one month. I have to pay $188 instead of $94.00. It was their mistake but I still had to pay it. Credited next month but as a stay at home mum im now short on cash.

Beberly Ayala customer skills and service
Had no internet for a while and contacted Harbour locally who advised me I had to reprogram the router but unfortunately how to do that was not explained clearly and I declined to do that and was advised it might be able to be done from Harbour . Unfortunately after not hearing from anyone for the next 4 hours I recontacted Harbour who placed me through to there IT overseas people . What a difference Beberly made. She remained calm and professional the whole time as she explained to me thoroughly what I needed to do to programme the router. 20 minutes and her patience and all is well. vice and I never sent any letter or email out whether in was in appreciation or in defence of my company without my complete name and contact. Always believe if you have done everything correct your name and contact supports your commitment . Sorry, but after such professionalism and service from your outsourced company people who had no hesitation in identifying themselves to me then followed up with a mail like this from the supplier seems a bit . What can I say? I suppose I will have to get use to, this is the way it is these days. Who ever you are I appreciate the works that were done to remedy our situation. `Email repair
Rang them and gave them remote access. Took Dennis 17 minutes by my watch to fix my problem. Very pleased by the work they did. A suggestion if I may: It would be nice to have 24 hour tech availability as this problem happened over the weekend and I had to wait until Monday to have it remedied. Just a thought. Awesome internet coverage for out in the bush
Only had a couple of drop outs after poweroutages but otherwise best provider I've dealt with. Easy to talkj to and they understand when you aren't as tech savvy as some. Francis was great and helped me sort my problem with ease.

Competent and Cheerful Support
On a day when internet access is very important it wasn't available, although the laptop reported 'Internet Access'. A phone call to Harbourisp and, after a short delay, Aila answered and performed system diagnostics then lead me through system checks in a very methodical and understanding manner as our land line phone connection wasn't the best. Very happy with the end result of system restoration and speed checks. Thanks Aila.

Our comments reflect the fact that we were disconnected from the Internet from 6/10/19 to 30/10/19.
We had two visits from Skybridge Technician. In his opinion the fault was at Harbourisp end. No problem with our Computer as he was obtaining the same results on his Computer. While telephone contact attempted to
be helpful communication was difficult with some of the accents experienced.Some messages left for technicians were not followed up. We consider we are eligible for a refund for the month of October,2019. Thank you to Francis for finally connecting us.

Reliable connection, had minor fault. Called our provider Harbour ISP and they fixed in within minutes. No fuss at all and would Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting fast, reliable internet in an area where satellite NBN is required

Fast connection and internet speed
So far, once I got the NBN up and running, it has worked efficiently and effectively. Connection was fast and I had no problems checking emails etc... I am happy with the product and any issues I had initially, werte resolved quickly.

Data peak still wrong 2 months later
Well yesterday I checked again before 7 am and I had data allotted to peak times. I called Harbour and they told me that I was not the only one and they are working on the problem, I was told that a senior tech would call me back before lunch time and I am still waiting again same response as 2 months ago. So this morning I checked and it seems there fix is not to show any data use for that day until about 7:30 am at which time I checked again had had 3 gig of data added to peak time and I had just turned pc on data was used during offpeak per...Read more

Disappointing Customer Service
I was given incomplete information about the setup which resulted in a delay and followup phone calls to get the service working.
I was then charged for an item that was listed as being free. Despite emailing the accounts team on the same day as I revived the bill, the money was still deducted from my bank account. The promised refund to my account has not occurred.
Two requests to fix a mistake in the account details also has not occurred.
If I was locked into a contract, I would be going elsewhere.

Your service is great. Nbn is not so good. On my other account at Puti drive almost every day I have to turn off the modem and router every day to reset it and make it work
