Hi David, When you sign up with Harbour ISP, we need direct debit details, but if you would like to pay the invoices yourself, you can via BPAY or EFT, let the sales agent know when you sign up, Thanks Harbour ISP

Hello I am one of the disenfranchised Telstra customers who has a new home in Lakelands and cant get the NBN. I have been told you are a respectable company and can connect us to a service. Please call me to discuss what I can do please. There are 7 NBN boxes within spitting distance of me and a Neighbour 2 houses up has NBN. I have a box at the front footpath that says communications? I have been told your service surpasses NBN and we can easily work with you?
My phone is 0474065494. Thankyou

My name is Pat Helms and live in an over 50s village on Bribie Island. We have been with Harbour ISP since February 19. Im wondering if we are on a contract with our data and if so an expiration date. We find the service provided extremely slow with both computer and. Phones. Please advise.

Why are almost all of the favourable reviews here accompanied by clip art instead of real customer photos?

Harbour ISPHarbour ISP
Good Day Chris. Please note that ieatwords.com.au sets pre-selected generic photos to customers who opted to use their email addresses rather than link their Facebook or Google accounts. Harbour ISP has no control over what Public Profile picutres will be assigned to verified customers who chose to leave reviews. Hope this answers your questions. Regards, Harbour ISP

Does anyone have an experience about their service in Courallie Avenue Homebush West. Its an OpenNetworks area unfortunately and NBN will never be rolled out here. Needless to say, not having a good experience with current provider.

Hi Ron, Please call 1300 366 169 and speak to one of our lovely sales team members, They will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding a connection to your address. Thank you, Harbour ISP
Thanks Team, given the area, whats the average speed you reckon during the evening. I'm after an 50mbps connection.
Harbour ISPHarbour ISP
Hi Ron, Our Open Networks 50/20 typical evening speed is around 42.2 mbps. Actual throughput speeds may be slower and could vary due to many factors including type/source of content being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by Harbour ISP. Thank you

Hi Team,
We would like an internet connection for our apartment in Westmead. If we can get a telephone as well that would be great. We look forward to having the connection effective 29 June 19.
Could you let me the plans/deals available?
My email is [email protected].
Thanks
Madhu

Would you please comment on your "activation fee" for new connections in Opticomm network? Your website claims it is $79 one off fee for 24 months contract. The Critical Information Summary says it is $69 for 24 months contract. You also claim that this payment goes to Opticomm but I spoke with Opticomm and they say they don't charge anything extra except for $330 per connection that the costumers pay directly to them before even talking to any ISP. Would you please comment on that?

And I just got a response from Opticomm on "Product Review" where they say they don't charge $79 "for activation". You should stop telling people that this is an Opticomm charge. This is your set up fee.

How do I go about signing up for your service?

Don't bother.
You need a degree in stupidity to be able to undertake this idiocy.
