WIFI extender stopped working after changes were made to our NetComm Router settings
Haven't really experienced drop outs yet but on a speed test we dropped to just over 5 Mbps. We are back up to 28Mps now and the extender is working again thanks to Jeffrey Francisco

Good technical support
Offshore support not great. Had two people who I struggled with, kept getting cut off, having to start again. 3rd person was fantastic. He helped me sort out the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable, easy to understand and restored my faith in Harbour.

Great service
These guys are great. Very responsive. The service always seems to run well. Sent me a new router without question after telling them over the phone that the original one had stopped working. To be critical, they should have supplied a new one quicker. It took 4 days to get a new router. This could have ben a massive problem if I didn't supply my own alternative connectivity solution for the short term.

Aila - Excellent Technical Support
Aila provided great customer support had the new connection up and running in no time. A very detailed and thorough troubleshoot method which resulted in the fault being rectified efficiently.

Poor Service & Speed
Terrible connection with ping of over 90. constant connection & reliability issues. called the provider with concerns and was advised my speeds were 'fine' and that there was nothing else they could do.

Great support
Great quick support when I had an issue switching from sky muster to sky muster plus and I needed to change my router settings. Jeffrey was wonderful helping me out quickly so we could get on with our school and business day. I really appreciate how understanding he was with my lack of knowledge.

Pretty good so far.
A big improvement in speed (17-20 Mb/s over Telstra, but occasional brief dropouts. This is after three days of Harbour ISP service. Eight more words to get to 30 words.

Great customer service
So great to be able to talk to someone on the phone...without any waiting time!! Harbour are always polite and helpful, Dennis was a great help in getting our internet working again after it was offline from a power surg.

Harbour ISP needs improvement
We have a property with FTTP and have purchased the LBN premium plan (100Mbps.) during peak periods we receive typical download speeds of 91 Mbps. The last few days however, we were lucky to break 10Mbps, so we called Harbour isp’s customer support for a resolution. While the lady we spoke to was very helpful, it did not do anything in the way of resolving our issue. She conducted speed and ping response tests, as well as adjusting channel assignments in our router settings but this did not increase the speed back to our typical evening speed. ...Read more
Consequently, we were told that our peak connection was typical (which it wasn’t.) while I don’t blame customer service at all for trying, I do blame Harbour isp for their poor infrastructure. Several times we’ve had this issue now, and not once have they resolved the issue for us. We are responsible for measuring our speed and calling about poor performance when really, this should be the responsibility of harbour isp, who are PAID to maintain speeds across their network. Especially considering the cost of the premium plan, this needs to be a massive point for harbour isp to improve upon. Using the internet shouldn’t be a hassle - however Harbour isp makes it one when their plans are not up to scratch, particularly in BRAND NEW LBN wired premises.1 comment
